A container of plastic material is produced using the blow, fill and seal method, with the filler material, enclosed by a container wall () that can be autoclaved. At least one shape () is provided in the container wall () that ensures, despite a low relative air volume in the container, that when administering the filler material by infusion, the container wall () collapses at least partially reducing the volume, without aeration of the container.

A device produces and fills containers, in which at least one hose of plasticized plastic material emerging from an extrusion head () can be extruded into an opened mold. A filling device () can be used to at least introduce the filling material into the relevant container by filling mandrels (), which, at least during operation, extend through the extrusion head () along at least one row of passages (). The extrusion head () has a cuboid shell (). The overall height (H) of the extrusion head (), viewed in parallel to the orientation of the relevant filling mandrel (), is smaller than the length (L) of the extrusion head (), viewed along the pertinent row of passages ().

Device for producing and filling containers

A blow-molded plastic container has a storage part () for receiving a medium to be dispensed via a container opening () and a head part () removably connected to the storage part () via a separation point () and releasing the container opening () for removing the medium after the head part has been separated from the storage part (). The separation of the head part () from the storage part () is completely prevented or hindered by a securing device () in a securing position. The head part () can be removed from the storage part () without force via the separation point () in a release position of the securing device.
