The invention relates to a terminal block for data and telecommunications systems, comprising at least one insulating body. At least one connecting element (), designed to house a grounding clip (), is configured on the underside of said body. According to the invention, the grounding clip () has a first detent geometry for connecting to the connecting element () and a second detent geometry for connecting to a mounting frame. The connecting element () has a geometry that is independent of the mounting frame, the first detent geometry of the grounding clip () is adapted to the geometry of the connecting element () and the second detent geometry is adapted to the mounting frame.

Terminal block

Disclosed is a device for securing access to two distribution modules () used in telecommunication and data technology. Each distribution module () is provided with at least one system end () and one user end (). Each connection end () is provided with at least one series of insulation-piercing-contact elements. The distribution modules () are mounted on a frame (). At least one access to the system ends () is secured by at least one locking device () and at least one access to the user ends () is secured by at least one locking device (). The access lock to the user end () of at least one distribution module () can be unlocked independently of the other distribution modules ().
