The invention relates to a chassis for a utility vehicle, having a firstchassis element extending transversely with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction and a second chassis element () fixed to the outer side thereof, wherein the second chassis element () is supported against the outer side of the first chassis element via at least one roughened supporting area (). In order to avoid relative movements between the chassis elements connected by clamping forces in a utility vehicle chassis, the roughening comprises a surface structure produced by machining the supporting area () in a blasting process and preferably a laser beam process. The invention further relates to specific individual parts of such a chassis, specifically an axle shell, an axle guide (), and a brake carrier.

Chassis for a utility vehicle

The invention relates to an axle fixation, an axle plate (), and an axle link () for a sprung vehicle axle. The components of the axle fixation are a preferably tubular axle body (), an axle link () which crosses the upper face and lower face of the axle body, the axle plate () which is arranged in the crossing region between the axle body () and the axle link (), and traction elements for pulling the axle body () and the axle link () against each other, thereby deforming the axle plate (). The axle plate ()&#x2014;is provided with two contact points (A, B) on the first side of the axle plate for supporting against the axle link (), said contact points being mutually spaced in the longitudinal direction of the axle link (), &#x2014;has at least one deformation region () between the two contact points (A, B), and&#x2014;is provided with a jaw () on the second side of the axle plate, said jaw comprising a jaw base () and two jaw units () with inner surfaces (A,A) which face each other and which are oriented towards the front and back face of the axle body (), respectively. The aim of the invention is to obtain an axle fixation or an axle plate () with few degrees of freedom in the composite system consisting of the axle body, the axle link, and the axle plate arranged therebetween. This is achieved in that the contact points (A, B) of the axle plate () are designed as support regions () which form a flat 'V', preferably forming an angle from 170&#xb0; to 177.5&#xb0;.

Axle fixation for a sprung vehicle axle

An axle suspension for a vehicle axle guided by a trailing arm and also, furthermore, an axle lift for a vehicle axle are proposed. The axle lift includes a force element (), a pressure transmission means () which is movable towards an axle link () of the vehicle axle by actuation of the force element, and a bracket (). The bracket () is provided with a supporting means () for the force element () and the pressure reaction forces acting on the latter and, in addition, for the fastening to a support () is provided with a bracket part (), on which a plug-in or hook connection (A) for engagement in the support () is formed. With the aim of being able to fit the bracket () in a fixed basic setting on the support () with just a few actions, it is proposed that the bracket part (), at a distance from the plug-in or hook connection (A) thereof, is provided with at least one further connecting means (), which is designed for engagement in the support ().
