A hand-held power tool, in particular a hammer drill or combination hammer, having a tool fitting for holding a striking and rotating tool on a working axis, an electric motor coupled to a transmission shaft, an impact mechanism, which has a striker that is moved periodically along the working axis, and having a rotary drive, which drives a guide tube carrying the tool fitting in rotation about the working axis, wherein the rotary drive is coupled to the transmission shaft via a rocker lever.

Hand-held power tool

A portable power tool is disclosed. The tool has a tool holder, a motor, a switchable gear stage, and a slider. The gear stage has a gear element movable in a switching direction with a toothing, which in a first gear position is engaged with a corresponding toothing and in a second gear position is disengaged. The slider is displaceable between first and second switch positions where the first switch position is allocated to the first gear position and the second switch position is allocated to the second gear position. A coupling device has a carriage movable in the switching direction and a catch. The carriage is connected to the gear element and the catch is latched in the first and second gear positions. A spring element has springy first and second sections. The slider has a finger that is arranged along the switching axis between the sections.

Portable power tool

The torque coupling has a shaft, a hollow shaft and a plurality of levers. The bearings of the levers are non-rotatably connected to the shaft and the levers are spring-loaded so as to be pressed against the hollow shaft. The levers are bent from a steel strip.

Torque coupling

A machine tool is disclosed. The machine tool has a tool receptacle for receiving a tool on a working axis, a housing, and a striking mechanism. An impact stop is provided for a beater or an intermediate beater. An impact absorber has two polymer-based absorber rings that are offset axially to one another and are disposed so that they overlap radially and has two iron-based disks disposed axially between the absorber rings.

Machine tool

A handheld power tool has a switchable gear component actuatable by a selector switch. The gear component moves from a first operating position into a second operating position. The selector switch has a first switching position associated with the first operating position and a second switching position associated with the second operating position, and movable so that intermediate positions are assumed. A traveling coupling between the selector switch and the gear component has a spring exerting force onto the gear component in the first direction. A locking bolt is coupled to the selector switch in a positively driven manner. In the intermediate positions, the locking bolt is moved into a blocking bolt position blocking movement of the gear component out of the first operating position into the second operating position. When the selector switch is in the second switching position, the locking bolt is in a releasing bolt position.

Handheld power tool

A hand machine tool includes a tool retainer that retains a tool, a motor that drives the tool retainer in a rotary motion, and a torque-controlled sliding clutch that is connected in a drivetrain between the motor and the tool retainer. The sliding clutch includes a first clutch disk, a second clutch disk, a spring and a controlling unit which can be activated manually. The second clutch disk is arranged displaceably alongside an axis limited by a stop in the direction toward the first clutch disk. Force is applied to the second clutch disk by the spring alongside the axis in the direction toward the first clutch disk. The manually activated controlling unit variably sets an axial distance between the first clutch disk and the stop, with which an engagement depth of the first clutch disk with the second clutch disk can be defined.

Hand machine tool

An at least partially rotating and axially percussive hand-held machine tool () has an impact mechanism () with a guide tube () in which a percussion piston () is driven in an axially percussive manner by a pneumatic spring () and with a slip clutch () which is driven in rotation, encloses the guide tube (), is provided axially with cams (), and has a driving sleeve () and driven sleeve () which are biased axially relative to one another under pressure by a spring (). The driving sleeve () is connected by positive engagement to a control sleeve () coaxial to the driving sleeve by balls () which partially engage, respectively, in two control contours () of the driving sleeve () and of the control sleeve (), which control contours () are arranged partially opposite one another, and the driving sleeve () is positively guided in such a way that the driving sleeve (), which is axially biased under pressure by the spring (), is displaced axially and rotated relative to the control sleeve () when a limiting torque is exceeded.

Hand-held machine tool with slip clutch

A hand-held power screwdriver includes a low-noise torque clutch () for transmitting torque to a tool spindle () and formed of claw clutch () and ratchet clutch (), with the ratchet clutch () having a rotatably driven first ratchet member () and a second ratchet member () both having, respectively, oppositely oriented, circumferentially arranged, oblique cams (), with the claw clutch () having a first claw member () and a second claw member () having oppositely oriented claws (), respectively, the first claw member () of the claw clutch () being fixedly connected with the second ratchet member () of the ratchet clutch () for joint rotation therewith, and with the screwdriver further including at least one engagement member () for connecting the second claw member () with the tool spindle () for joint rotation therewith and for disconnecting the claw member () from the tool spindle () and a retaining element for connecting the second claw member () of the claw clutch () with the tool spindle () in a free-running position.

Hand-held power screwdriver with a low-noise torque clutch

A fastener guide () for use in a power-operated drive in device (), particularly of a stand-up tool (), having a guide path () in which a plurality of fasteners () can be received and which has a device-side opening () and a free opening (), the guide path () being curved toward the device-side opening () proceeding from the free opening ().
