A motor vehicle (), in particular an autonomous motor vehicle, includes a steering system (), a plurality of wheels () that can be steered by means of the steering system (), and wheel housings () for said wheels (). The steering system () is designed such that the steering system steers the steerable wheels () of a wheel pair in question in the same direction, in the case of joint steering to the left or right at a steering angle α up to a limit angle αdefined by the shape of the corresponding wheel housings (), and in opposite directions, in the case of steering to the left or right at a steering angle α exceeding the limit angle α.

Motor vehicle and method for steering a motor vehicle

A stabilizer bar has a first connected position and a second disconnected position. One side-bar is fixed to a housing while the other side-bar is fixed to a tulip within the housing. The housing has a plurality of axial grooves. The tulip defines a plurality of slots which are aligned with the grooves when the vehicle is level. A nut has a plurality of pins that extend radially such that the nut is torsionally coupled to the housing. In a first connected position, the pins fit within the slots of the tulip to torsionally couple the nut and the housing to the tulip. To facilitate a second disconnected position, a motor driven actuator moves the nut axially such that the pins no longer engage the slots. When motor power is withdrawn, a spring pushes the nut back to the first connected position.

A wheel module () for a motor vehicle includes a wheel () and a wheel guide () for guiding the wheel (). The wheel guide () includes a wheel carrier unit () for supporting the wheel (); a wheel fork () supporting the wheel carrier unit (); a steering actuator () for adjusting the steering angle of the wheel (); a spring-damper unit (); and a level adjustment unit () for adjusting the height of the vehicle body () of the motor vehicle. A hybrid connection element, in particular a bearing outer element of a wheel bearing, includes a core part made of steel and a reinforcement part made of plastic. The reinforcement part at least partially encases the core part. The core part includes a hollow cylindrical bearing unit extending in an axial direction and a flange extending in a radial direction. The reinforcement part includes at least one reinforcement rib which transmits force between the bearing unit and the flange of the core part.

Roll stabilizers as an example for chassis actuators are used for compensating or suppressing rolling movements of a vehicle about its longitudinal axis. Such rolling movements are caused, in particular, when driving around curves due to centrifugal forces. A chassis actuator device is provided, in particular, a roll stabilizer, for a vehicle with a flange connection between an actuator and a stabilization component. A holder-side positive-locking contour is arranged on a holder section of the flange connection and a flange-side positive-locking contour is arranged on a flange. The positive-locking contours together form a positive-locking connection in the circumferential direction about a torsion axis A, and the flange-side positive-locking contour is arranged on a flange-side lateral surface and/or the holder-side positive-locking contour is arranged on a holder-side lateral surface.

Ball screw drive having an axially supported threaded spindle

A suspension actuator () for positioning a movably mounted component of a motor vehicle suspension, including a first actuator component (), which is to be connected to the movably mounted component, and a second actuator component (), which is to be connected to a fixed suspension component, wherein both actuator components can be axially adjusted relative to one another via a ball-type linear drive (), which includes a threaded spindle () and a nut () running thereon. Either the nut can be driven via a drive motor () for the axial adjustment of the threaded spindle or the spindle can be driven via a drive motor for axial adjustment of the nut. A brake unit (), which can be actuated by an external force on the suspension side and acts on the nut () or the spindle and rotates them, and which builds up a friction torque opposing a nut rotation or the spindle rotation, which acts between the nut () or the spindle () and a fixed actuator element () or between a drive shaft of the drive motor () and a fixed actuator element () associated therewith, is provided.

A ball screw is provided having a ball roller screw () and a screw nut () arranged thereon, whereby the balls () are arranged to endlessly circulate in a ball channel () defined by ball tracks () on the ball roller screw () and the screw nut ().
