A handle for a medical instrument includes an actuation element, which is arranged on the handle and which is displaceable into at least a first and a second functional position. The actuation element can be moved in a plane transverse to its displacement direction, in each of the first and second functional positions, for carrying out a function. A pivotable actuation lever is arranged in the handle, the actuation lever being coupled in movement to the actuation element for displacing the actuation element into the at least two functional positions.

Handle for a medical instrument

A colpotransilluminator is provided for arrangement on a uterus manipulator, wherein the colpotransilluminator is designed in a sleeve-shaped manner of an elastic material. The colpotransilluminator at a distal first axial end forms a portio receiver and at a proximal second end forms a vaginal seal. In a central region between the first and the second axial ends, the colpotransilluminator is designed in a waist-shaped manner and includes axially extending stretch folds in the region of the waist. A uterus manipulator is also provided with such a colpotransilluminator.

A medical instrument includes a handle on the proximal end and a shank rotatably arranged on the handle. A tool is arranged on the distal end of the shank. This tool is rotatable relative to the shank. An actuation element is arranged on the handle. The actuation element may be moved into at least two switch positions, wherein in a first switch position the actuation element is coupled in movement to the shank and in a second switch position the actuation element is coupled in movement to the tool.

A stereo-endoscope is provided having a hollow shank with two axially parallel optical channels, which channels run through the hollow shank and respectively form at least a section of an image path to respective oculars of a binocular observation device arranged on the proximal end of the hollow shank. Moreover, the stereo-endoscope includes a camera connection, and one of the optical channels also forms at least one section of an image path to the camera connection.

A uterus manipulator includes a shank, in which a hollow probe is guided, whose distal end section is envisaged and designed for introduction into a uterus through the cervical canal. A handle is provided on the proximal side. A distally open bell and a vaginal seal, arranged proximally displaced thereto, as well as a suction channel which connects to at least one suction opening in the distal end section, are provided for receiving a cervix. The bell is designed as a suction bell, wherein at least one suction channel runs into the bell.

Uterus manipulator

A trocar sleeve includes a distal tubular section, a section which connects to the distal tubular section at a proximal side of the distal tubular section and which is widened proximally, and at least one spiral with a circular outer contour, arranged helically on a periphery of the distal tubular section. The distal tubular section includes a rounded polygonal cross section so that maximal degrees of freedom of the applied instruments result.

Trocar sleeve

A medical instrument has a handle arranged at the proximal end, a shank extending distally proceeding from the handle, and a movable jaw part arranged at the distal end of the shank. The shank is designed to be rigid and includes at least one proximal bend region and at least one distal bend region, in which the extension direction of the shank changes. A section of the shank in which the distal bend region is situated may be rotated about the longitudinal axis relative to a section of the shank in which the proximal bend region is situated. The jaw part is rotatable relative to the shank about its distal longitudinal axis at the distal end.

Medical instrument

An endoscope has an optics housing provided at a proximal end, with an outer shank releasably connected to the optics housing, and with an inner shank which is arranged inside and parallel to the outer shank and is releasably connected to the optics housing. A corresponding endoscope set and a set of endoscope shanks are also provided.

In the inside of an outer shank there are formed a supply channel and a discharge channel which extend parallel to the outer shank. The suction channel has a larger cross section than the supply channel.

Resectoscope

A forceps serves in particular for excising myomas located intramurally in the uterus and including a forceps jaw having two branches which are pivotable about a common axis in a working plane for opening and closing the forceps jaw and which bear against one another with structured gripping surfaces with a closed, empty forceps jaw. The branches are each provided over a part of their length with a tooth-shaped back profile and a longitudinal cutting blade on their outer back sides lying opposite the gripping surfaces.

A hysteroscope for carrying out endoscopic operations in the uterus by way of an auxiliary instrument, consists of an inner shank and an outer shank surrounding the inner shank whilst forming a longitudinal channel, of a first fitting for supplying rinsing fluid to be supplied through the inner shank into the uterus and of a second fitting for removing rinsing fluid from the uterus via the longitudinal channel. Furthermore there are provided a third fitting on which the auxiliary instrument is introducable into the hysteroscope and is further distally movable through a working channel, and deflection means with which the distal end region of the auxiliary instrument is elastically laterally deflectable. In the distal end region of the hysteroscope there is provided a first ramp on which, sliding up, the distal end of the auxiliary instrument moved distally through the hysteroscope is deflectable, in order with a further distal movement of the auxiliary instrument to bring its distal end region into a first position. With the help of a pivotable deflection element the distal end region of the auxiliary instrument is deflected into a second position beyond the first position.

Hysteroscope

The instrument has a working insert which may be inserted into a coupling housing sitting on the proximal side on an instrument shank and is releasably connectable to said housing and which includes a seal, carried by a carrier, which has at least one elastic socket for the sealed leading-through of auxiliary instruments and which seals a first axial passage formed in the carrier with respect to the coupling housing. The seal consists of a base body which is located in a holder and which with each socket forms a one-piece component of elastic material, and the holder includes an arrangement for the releasable connection to the carrier.

Medical instrument, in particular a rectoscope

Disclosed is a ball-and-socket joint connection, in particular for a holding arm system for holding surgical instruments, with a joint ball sitting in a seat of a joint casing and permitting rotation in several axes and with a ball-shaped joint socket which can be axially displaced to and from the joint ball in a cylindrical section of the joint casing. A magnet is provided which produces a magnetic force between the joint ball and the joint socket such that they are drawn to one another. An actuation element is provided for displacing the joint socket and with this the joint ball is fixable in the seat of the joint casing by way of retracting the joint socket, wherein the joint ball by way of the magnet force is pressed into the seat of the joint casing, and wherein the joint ball by displacing forwards the joint socket with the actuation element is separable from the seat.

A medical instrument having an inner part which is releasably fastened in the instrument on a proximal end and at the distal end carries a tool which can be actuated by way of an actuation element which is adjustable axially and relative to the inner part and the tool. The actuation element is releasably lockable in a proximal-side, axially adjustable receiver which drives the actuation element at the same time.

The endoscopic instrument is formed as a needle holder with ligature scissors. It comprises at its distal end a jaw-like tool and at its proximal end a handle, these being connected to one another by a common shank. At the distal tool end there is formed the ligature holder and the ligature scissors proximally neighboring thereto. Between these tool parts there is formed a projection limiting the free passage between the needle holder and the ligature scissors, this projection being dimensioned such that although the ligature may be guided through, the needle however cannot get into the region of the scissors.
