A stabilizer composition is described and comprises a 2-cyano-3,3-diarylacrylate, a sterically hindered monomeric amine, a sterically hindered phenol and, where appropriate, a chromane derivative and/or an organic phosphite and/or phosphonite. The stabilizer composition is particularly suitable for stabilizing thermoplastic polyurethane with respect to light, oxygen, and heat.

A stabilizer composition is described and comprises a 3-arylacrylate, a polymeric compound with molecular weight at least 2000, bearing, on a polymeric framework, side groups having amine functions, where all of the substituents in the &#x3b1;-position to the amine nitrogen atom are other than hydrogen, and comprises a sterically hindered phenol. The stabilizer composition is particularly suitable for stabilizing thermoplastic polyurethane with respect to light, oxygen, and heat.

Described is a stabilizer composition comprising a 3-arylacrylic ester, a polymeric compound having a molecular weight of at least 2000 which carries, on a polymeric framework, side groups having secondary amine functions, all substituents positioned to the amine nitrogen being other than hydrogen, a chroman derivative, and an organic phosphite and/or phosphonite. The stabilizer composition is particularly suitable for stabilizing thermoplastic polyurethane against light, oxygen and heat.

A polymer is obtained by removing the medium from a polymer dispersion or polymer solution containing at least one polymeric phase and at least one stabilizer suitable to protect against the damaging effect of light, heat and/or oxidation.
