A laser instrument is disclosed. The laser instrument having a laser unit, and a sliding bearing device with a joint socket and a sliding unit, where the sliding unit has a convex surface in the shape of cylinder section and the joint socket has a concave surface in the shape a hollow cylinder section such that the convex surface can engage in the concave surface and the laser unit tilts in a swivel plane during a relative movement between the convex surface and the concave surface.

Laser instrument

An inclination detector device is disclosed. The detector device has a light source, a light sensor device, and a level arranged between the light source and the light sensor device. In addition, a light guide is arranged between the light source and the level. The light source is joined to the light guide, the light guide is joined to the level, and the level is joined to the light sensor device in such a way that the light source, the light guide, the level, and the light sensor device form a closed unit.

Tilt control method

Rotational constructional laser

The optoelectronic distance measuring, signal processing and display device and the operating method upon which such a device is based are characterized in that a current function state of the device and changes made thereto by the user are shown graphically on a display of the device by at least one of icons, numbers and symbols, wherein active changes in the currently indicated function state are carried out exclusively by selecting at least one of the respective icons and numerical input. In such a device, no language-specific or country-specific fonts and programming language components are needed.

Optoelectronic distance measuring device and operating method determined therefor

A drive device for aligning a theodolite with a target, in which the theodolite is mounted rotatably in the horizontal direction on a theodolite foot. Provision is made of a control knob and an encoder connected thereto, the encoder emitting control signals in accordance with the rotary movement at the control knob to a downstream control circuit. The circuit drives a positioning motor. The rotary table is arranged at the theodolite foot and carries the control knob. Provided between the theodolite and the rotary table is an electric contact which ensures the electrical connection between the encoder and the positioning motor.
