Methods, systems, and devices for implantable node are described. The method may include storing, at an implantable stimulation node, a set of stimulation profiles in a memory during a configuration phase. The method may also include receiving a stimulation command corresponding to a stimulation profile of the set of stimulation profiles during a treatment phase. The method may further include delivering stimulation based at least in part on the stimulation profile corresponding to the received stimulation command. In some cases, the system may include an implantable hub, an implantable sensing node, and a sensing device.

Implantable stimulation node configuration

Devices, systems, and techniques for controlling charging power transmitted to an implantable medical device during a recharging process based on patient activity are disclosed. Various example techniques include a method comprising receiving, by processing circuitry, an activity signal generated by an implantable medical device and indicative of an activity level of a patient during charging of a rechargeable power source of the implantable medical device implanted in the patient, determining, by the processing circuitry and based on the activity signal, a patient status for the patient during charging of the rechargeable power source, and controlling, by the processing circuitry and based on the patient status, charging of the rechargeable power source of the implantable medical device.

Medical device recharging based on patient activity

A system for providing stimulation to a patient includes one or more processors implemented in circuitry and one or more accelerometers configured to generate one or more accelerometer signals. The one or more processors are configured to determine accelerometer information for a medical device associated with the patient based on the one or more accelerometer signals and convert the accelerometer information into frequency domain coefficients. The one or more processors are further configured to determine an activity level for the patient based on the frequency domain coefficients and determine one or more stimulation parameters based on the activity level. The one or more processors are further configured to output electrical stimulation to the patient based on the one or more stimulation parameters.

A medical device stores a set of stimulation profiles, wherein each stimulation profile of the set of stimulation profiles is associated with a set of values for stimulation parameters; selects from the set of stimulation profiles, one or more active stimulation profiles; produces, by a stimulation generator, multiple electrical pulses based on the one or more active stimulation profiles; and separately controls parameter values of respective individual pulses of the multiple pulses.

The disclosure provides a system that displays an indicator of patient posture state that changes according to posture state data. The posture state data may be transmitted from a medical device, for example, in or near real-time. In some examples, the disclosure relates to a method comprising receiving posture state data for a patient from a medical device; and presenting an indicator indicative of two or more of posture states based on the received posture state data, wherein each posture state of the two or more posture states is determined based on different detection criteria.
