A terminal block includes a casing, a terminal portion and an SD switch. The casing is provided to an electrical device. The terminal portion is provided on the casing and has a terminal cover that is fitted to a base for accommodating terminals. The SD switch is provided to the casing, and has a female connector and a lever portion that is fitted to the female connector to mechanical connect and disconnect from the electrical device. The lever portion constitutes an interlocking portion that restricts a disengaging operation of the terminal cover, when the lever portion is fitted to the female connector.

Terminal block

A busbar module includes a busbar holding plate and a busbar cover attached to the busbar holding plate. The busbar holding plate includes a busbar holding face and a bearing including a hole and a wall to define the hole. The busbar cover includes protrusions protruding toward each other in the axial direction at positions corresponding to the hole. The protrusions are opposed to each other with a gap less than a dimension of the hole in the axial direction. The protrusions are disposed in the hole to rotate the busbar cover about the protrusions between a covering position and an uncovering position. The busbar cover is flexible to deform such that the gap expands to allow the wall to pass through the gap during attachment of the bulbar cover to the busbar holding plate and restores its original shape when passing of the wall through the gap is complete.

Busbar module

A battery pack has a cell group and a bus bar. The cell group is stacking a plurality of unit cells in a thickness direction. The unit cells each includes a cell body having a power generation element and a flat shape, and an electrode tab protruding out from the cell body. The electrode tabs have distal end portions bent in a stacking direction of the unit cells. The flat plate shape bus bar connects the distal end portions of the electrode tabs of the unit cells while facing the distal end portions, and electrically connects the electrode tabs of at least two of the unit cells with each other.

Battery pack and battery pack manufacturing method

A battery pack includes a cell group, a spacer, a plurality of bus bars, and a bus bar holder. The cell group includes stacked unit cells, each including a cell body having a power generation element and an electrode tab having distal end portions bent along the stacking direction. The spacer is disposed between adjacent electrode tabs. The bus bars electrically connect the electrode tabs to each other. The bus bar holder that holds the bus bars. The bus bar holder includes a restricting member disposed between adjacent electrode tabs, and extends along the stacking direction to restrict the electrode tabs by sandwiching the electrode tabs with the spacer. Portions of the electrode tabs are welded to a surface of the bus bars facing the unit cells when the stacking direction positions of the portions of the electrode tabs are restricted by the restricting member and the spacer.
