In a combined power system, a rotating electric machine system includes a rotating electric machine, a rotating electric machine housing, an electric terminal, and an oil auxiliary device group. Bearings support a rotating shaft in the rotating electric machine housing. The oil auxiliary device group supplies lubricating oil to the bearings. The oil auxiliary device group is supported by the rotating electric machine housing and is positioned below the electric terminal.

Combined power system

A rotating electric machine system includes a rotor and a stator. A partition wall member is interposed between the rotor and the stator. The partition wall member forms a rotor chamber and a housing internal oil passage in a rotating electric machine housing. A separation distance between the rotor and an inner circumferential wall of the partition wall member is defined as an inner side separation distance. A separation distance between an outer circumferential wall of the partition wall member and a stator is defined as an outer side separation distance. The inner side separation distance is greater than the outer side separation distance.

Rotating electric machine system, and combined power system equipped therewith

A thrust generator for a rotorcraft includes: a support part conductively mounted to a conductive base provided in the rotorcraft; a rotor shaft rotatably and conductively supported by the support part; multiple rotating blades joined to the rotor shaft; and a drive unit mounted to the support part via a first electrically insulating part, wherein an output shaft of the drive unit is connected to the rotor shaft via a second electrically insulating part.

Thrust generator for rotorcraft

A rotating electric machine system is equipped with a fire prevention member that covers at least one end part of a rotating electric machine housing. By the fire prevention member, a fire prevention region is formed in which the rotating electric machine housing is not positioned. A first insertion hole is formed in the fire prevention member. The first insertion hole is closed by a terminal casing in which electric terminal portions are accommodated.

Rotating electric machine system and combined power system equipped therewith

A rotor core of a rotating electric machine includes a cooling passage. The cooling passage includes an upstream end that opens in a first end surface of the rotor core and a downstream end that opens in a second end surface of the rotor core. The rotating electric machine is further equipped with a rectifying structure for converting the flow direction of gas an axial direction and a circumferential direction of the rotor. The rectifying structure is fixed to a non-rotating portion in a casing so as to face a rotor in an axial direction.

Rotating electric machine

A rotor of a rotary electric machine includes a rotor core. The rotor core is a stacked body in which a plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets are stacked. The electromagnetic steel sheet includes an inner annular portion and an outer annular portion. A first insertion hole into which a rotating shaft is inserted is formed in the inner annular portion. A rotor inner diameter is defined as twice a distance from a center of the first insertion hole to an inner circumferential edge of the inner annular portion. A rotor outer diameter is defined as twice a distance from the center of the first insertion hole to an outer circumferential edge of the outer annular portion. A ratio of the rotor inner diameter to the rotor outer diameter is within a range of 1:1.5 to 1:3.5.

Rotary electric machine with rotor with through holes and magnet insertion holes

In a combined power system, a rotating shaft of a rotating electric machine includes a hollow cylindrical outer shaft and an inner shaft inserted into the hollow interior part of the outer shaft. The inner shaft includes a projecting distal end exposed from the outer shaft. On the projecting distal end, a rotational parameter detector, a retaining member and a restraining member are disposed. The retaining member supports the rotational parameter detector at the projecting distal end. Further, the inner shaft is restrained to the outer shaft by the restraining member.

A driving unit includes a rotary electric machine which has a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction, a rotary electric machine case, and an electric power conversion device. The electric power conversion device is disposed on one side of the rotary electric machine in an orthogonal direction. A first coolant is stored in a rotary electric machine accommodating portion of the rotary electric machine case. The driving unit has a first connecting portion electrically connecting the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device and a second connecting portion electrically connecting a sensor provided to the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are disposed between the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device in the orthogonal direction.

Driving unit and vehicle

In a rotating electric machine system, a rotating shaft of a rotating electric machine includes a first end part and a second end part. The first end part includes a projecting distal end that projects out to the exterior of a rotating electric machine housing. A rotational parameter detector is disposed on the projecting distal end. Electric terminal portions electrically connected to the rotating electric machine are disposed at one end part of the rotating electric machine housing. When viewed from a side along an axial direction of the rotating electric machine system, the electric terminal portions and the rotational parameter detector are arranged in parallel.

In a rotary electric machine housing, a first bearing and a second bearing are provided for supporting a rotating shaft. The rotary electric machine housing includes a sub-housing. A collection flow path is formed in the sub-housing, and communicates with a plurality of air bleed passages formed in a gas turbine engine, collectively.

A combined power system includes a rotary electric machine system and an internal combustion engine. The rotary electric machine system includes a rotating shaft. A first end part and a second end part of the rotating shaft are rotatably supported by a rotary electric machine housing via a first bearing and a second bearing, respectively. The internal combustion engine includes an output shaft. One end of the rotating shaft in an axial direction is connected to one end of the output shaft.

A compressor wheel is provided for the output shaft. Air bleed ports are formed in a shroud case that surrounds the compressor wheel. A plurality of air bleed passages are formed in the engine housing that surrounds the shroud case. An annular chamber is formed between the air bleed ports and the air bleed passages, for storing compressed air that is extracted from the air bleed ports.

A rotary electric machine system of a combined power system includes a rotary electric machine, a rotary electric machine housing in which the rotary electric machine is accommodated, and a rotation parameter detector that detects a rotation parameter of a rotating shaft constituting the rotary electric machine. The rotating shaft includes a first end part and a second end part, a first bearing is provided between the first end part and the housing, and a second bearing is provided between the second end part and the housing. The first end part includes a protruding distal end that passes through the first bearing and protrudes to an exterior of the housing. The rotation parameter detector is disposed on the protruding distal end.

A rotary electric machine system making part of a combined power system is equipped with a rotary electric machine having a rotor including a rotating shaft and a rotary electric machine housing in which the rotary electric machine is accommodated. In such a rotary electric machine, a first bearing and a second bearing are disposed between the rotary electric machine housing and the rotating shaft. The gas supplied from the gas supply source flows on an upstream side through a terminal casing in which electric terminal portions are accommodated, and on a downstream side through the first bearing and the second bearing inside the rotary electric machine housing.

In a rotary electric machine housing, a first bearing and a second bearing are provided for supporting a rotating shaft. A lubricating oil is supplied to the first bearing and the second bearing. At least one of the first bearing or the second bearing is sandwiched between the compressed air supplied from one side of the rotating shaft in an axial direction thereof and the compressed air supplied from another side of the rotating shaft in the axial direction.
