A garment, to which a blower device is detachably attachable, includes a main body and a heat insulation material. The main body includes at least an outer fabric having an attachment hole through which the blower device can be partially inserted. The main body is configured to cover at least a portion of a body of a wearer. The heat insulation material is attached to the main body at least on an inner side of the outer fabric. The heat insulation material is configured to cover at least a portion of the body. The garment is configured such that the heat insulation material is detachable from the main body.

Garment having an internal airflow space between inner and outer fabrics and a separate heat insulation material in the internal airflow space

A garment includes a blower device having an inlet and an outlet, an outer fabric, and an inner fabric attached to the outer fabric. The outer fabric has a mounting part to which the blower device is removably mountable in a state in which the inlet is disposed on an outer side of the outer fabric and the outlet is disposed on the inner fabric side of the outer fabric. The internal space is formed between the outer fabric and the inner fabric. The internal space is configured such that, when the garment is not worn and the blower device delivers the ambient air into the internal space at an air volume Q (cubic meter per minute: m/min), the air volume Q and an internal pressure P (pascal: Pa) of the internal space satisfy a relationship of P&#x2265;1.1Q.

Garment

In a disc grinder, a spindle mounted with a grindstone intersects an output shaft of an electric motor. The disc grinder includes the three-point pressing continuously-variable transmission between the output shaft of the electric motor and a bevel gear train. The bevel gear train is used for deceleration. The traction grease having a high traction coefficient is used as the lubricant of the traction drive. A grease reservoir or felt members arranged in sliding contact with the pressing parts are disposed in the transmission case.

Power tool

A circular saw in which cutting speed of a saw blade is smoothly controlled. A speed change mechanism of a circular saw includes first and second rotating shafts disposed parallel to each other, and first and second gear trains having different gear ratios and each having a combination of a drive gear and a driven gear as one unit which are engaged with each other and transmit torque of the first rotating shaft to the second rotating shaft. A torque transmission path via the first gear train is defined as a first power transmission path and a torque transmission path via the second gear train is defined as a second power transmission path, and the transmission path is switched between the first power transmission path and the second power transmission path.

Circular saw

A power tool includes a power source, a speed change mechanism and a tool bit. The speed change mechanism includes first and second rotating shafts disposed parallel to each other, a first power transmission path provided with a first gear train and a first clutch and a second power transmission path provided with a second gear train and a second clutch. The power transmission path is switched between the first power transmission path and the second power transmission path while the first and second gear trains are held engaged, by shifting of the first and second clutches between the power transmission state and the power transmission interrupted state according to a load applied to the tool bit. The speed change mechanism further includes a switching retaining mechanism, a switching preventing mechanism, a switching set value adjusting mechanism or a switching mechanism.

A power tool includes a power source, a speed change mechanism and a tip tool wherein the speed change mechanism has first and second rotating shafts arranged in parallel, a first power transmission passage equipped with a first gear train and a first clutch, and a second power transmission passage equipped with a second gear train and a second clutch. The speed change mechanism is constituted to switch the transmission passage between the first power transmission passage and the second power transmission passage while keeping the first and second gear trains in meshed state by switching the first and second clutches between power transmission state and power interruption state depending on a load applied to the tip tool.

While a load torque applied to a tool shaft is lower than a predetermined value, a moving member is maintained at a first position, and a sun gear is rotated integrally with an internal gear. When the load torque applied to the tool shaft reaches or exceeds the predetermined value, the moving member is moved to a second position, to thereby prohibit relative rotation of the internal gear and a gear case. A latch member is engaged in a catching portion of the moving member when the moving member is moved to the second position, to thereby prevent the moving member from moving back to the first position. In this manner, repetitive switching between speed reduction ratios can be prevented even when the load torque applied to the tool shaft fluctuates.

Automatic gear shifting power tool

A dust-collecting device for collecting cutting chips produced by a cutting device has a separator for separating the cutting chips from the carrier air by utilizing the force of gravity upon the cutting chips. A dust container collects the cutting chips separated by the separator. The separator includes a separator body having a cutting chip discharge pipe and an air discharge pipe. After separation the carrier air is discharged upward from the separator body via the air discharge pipe. The separated cutting chips are discharge downward from the separator body via the cutting chip discharge pipe. The dust container is connected to the cutting chip discharge pipe.

Dust-collecting devices and cutting devices with the dust-collecting devices

It is an object of the invention to provide an effective technique for avoiding the influence of reaction during tightening operation in the rotary fastening tool. Representative rotary fastening tool includes a tool body, a motor housed within the tool body, a driving-side rotating member that is rotationally driven by the motor, a driven-side rotating member that is disposed coaxially with the driving-side rotating member, a tip-end side rotating member that is disposed coaxially with the driven-side rotating member and rotationally driven via the driven-side rotating member, the tip-end side rotating member driving a tool bit to perform a tightening operation and a rotation control mechanism that allows the tip-end side rotating member to rotate in the tightening direction during the tightening operation of the tool bit, wherein, when the tip-end side rotating member is fixed to a workpiece with the tool bit during the tightening operation and when torque transmission from the driving-side rotating member to the driven-side rotating member is interrupted, the rotation control mechanism locks the tip-end side rotating member and the tool body together against rotation with respect to each other to prevent the tool body from rotating in the tightening direction.

Power tool having torque limiter

Tightening tools is provided with a pair of clutch members disposed between a motor and a tool bit. The pair of clutch members is provided with a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion. The first engaging portion is constructed so as to disengage the pair of clutch members when the torque applied to the tool bit is equal to or above a first predetermined value. The second engaging portion does not engage the pair of clutch members while the first engaging portion engages the pair of clutch members and the second engaging portion engages the pair of clutch members after the first engaging portion disengages the pair of clutch members. The second engaging portion is constructed so as to disengage the pair of clutch members when the torque applied to the tool bit is equal to or above a second predetermined value. The second predetermined value may be different from the first predetermined value.

Tightening tool

Power tool () may include a motor and oil pulse unit () that generates an elevated torque. Oil pulse unit () may be coupled to the motor and have output shaft (). When load acting on output shaft () is less than a predetermined value, rotating torque generated by the motor is directly transmitted to output shaft (). When the load acting on output shaft () exceeds the predetermined value, an elevated torque is generated by oil pulse unit () and applied to output shaft (). Output shaft () may be connected to load shaft (). A socket may be attached to the distal end of load shaft (). Power tool () may further include detecting device () for detecting change in rotational angle of output shaft () and the direction of rotation thereof, and a control device. The detecting device () may output signals corresponding to a state of output shaft () to the control device. The control device may store the state of output shaft () at predetermined interval. Preferably, the control device may further determine a generating time, at which oil pulse unit () generates the elevated torque, based upon the state of output shaft ().

Power tools

A hydraulic unit includes a case, a liner contained in the case, and a top cap and an opposing bottom cap plugged at the front and rear ends of the case. The unit further includes a spindle disposed in the liner and provided with a large diameter section. The large diameter section has a pair of blades with one having longer first pins and the other having shorter second pins on their front and rear end surfaces. A first oblong cam recess and a second oblong cam recess having a longer longitudinal axis and a shallower depth than the first recess are formed in the opposing inner surfaces of the bottom cap and the top cap. During rotation of the case, the cam recesses guide the first and second pins on the blades while preventing the blades from sliding on second sealing surfaces of the liner, which are associated with ribs on the spindle.
