The present invention provides an imaging module capable of performing positioning of an imaging element unit, and a lens unit at a low cost and with high precision and an electronic device including the imaging module. An imaging moduleincludes a lens unitincluding VCMsA,C, andE which move a lens groupin an x direction, a y direction, and a z direction, respectively, terminalsA andB which are connected to the VCMA, terminalsC andD which are connected to the VCMC, and terminalsE andF which are connected to the VCME, and an imaging element unitincluding terminalsA toF which are connected to the terminalsA toF. Exposed areas of the terminalsA andB are larger than exposed areas of the terminalsC toF.

Imaging module and electronic device

The present invention provides an imaging module, an electric device provided therewith, and an imaging-module manufacturing method capable of simply and reliably performing probing and fixing a lens unit and an imaging element unit to each other with high accuracy even when the miniaturized lens unit is used. A the lens unit () includes a focus driving unit, a housing (), a first connection portion (A), a first wiring portion by which the focus driving unit and the first connection portion are electrically connected to each other, and a second wiring portion which is electrically connected to the focus driving unit to which the first wiring portion is connected. The second wiring portion extends from the inside of the housing to the outside thereof, and a wire of the second wiring portion extends to an end surface on an end () of the extended second wiring portion.

The invention provides an imaging module that can reliably perform probing, and an electronic apparatus including the imaging module. An imaging module includes a lens unit, and an imaging element unit that is fixed to the lens unit. The lens unit includes a focus drive unit, first and second image blur-correction drive units, a housing, a first connecting portion that is electrically connected to the imaging element unit, a first wiring portion that electrically connects the respective drive units to the first connecting portion, second connecting portions that are disposed outside the housing, a second wiring portion that is electrically connected to the second connecting portions and is electrically connected to the respective drive units to which the first wiring portion is connected, and a wiring board that includes at least a part of the second wiring portion and the plurality of second connecting portions.

An imaging module, an electronic device, and an imaging-module manufacturing method capable of relatively easily adjusting a relative position between an imaging element unit and a lens unit with high accuracy are provided. [It is an object] to provide an organic electroluminescent element having a transparent electrode, with which there is no need to produce a separate light extraction layer, [which can be produced by] a simple film formation process, and which is advantageous in terms of cost. [This is] an organic electroluminescent element in which a substrate, a first transparent electrode that is adjacent to this substrate, an organic layer including at least one organic light-emitting layer, a second transparent electrode, a low refractive-index layer with a refractive index of 1.3 or less, and a reflector layer are formed in this order, with this organic electroluminescent element being such that the aforementioned first transparent electrode contains at least one type of transparent particle with a primary particle size of 0.5 &#x3bc;m or more.

Organic electroluminescent devices

An imaging moduleincludes a lens unitand an imaging element unit. The lens unitincludes a VCMA which moves a lens groupin a z direction, terminalsA andB which are electrically connected to the VCMA, a VCMC and a VCME which move the lens groupin an x direction and a y direction, and terminalsC toF which are electrically connected to the VCMC and the VCME. An imaging module () includes a lens unit () that includes a lens group, and an imaging element unit () that is fixed to the lens unit and includes an imaging element. The lens unit () includes: a focus drive unit; first and second image blur-correction drive units; a first connecting portion (A) that is electrically connected to the imaging element unit; a first wiring portion that electrically connects the focus drive unit, the first image blur-correction drive unit, and the second image blur-correction drive unit to the first connecting portion; a second wiring portion that is electrically connected to only a part of a plurality of wires of the first wiring portion; and a plurality of second connecting portions () that are electrically connected to the second wiring portion.

The invention provides an imaging module having second connecting portions capable of reliably performing probing and can maintain a small installation space, and an electronic apparatus including the imaging module. A lens unit includes at least one drive unit, a housing, a first connecting portion that is electrically connected to an imaging element unit, a first wiring portion that electrically connects the drive unit to the first connecting portion, a plurality of second connecting portions that are disposed outside the housing, and a second wiring portion that electrically connects the second connecting portions to the drive unit. The second wiring portion includes wires that are electrically connected to the drive unit to which the first wiring portion is connected, and at least a part of the second wiring portion extends to the outside of the housing in a direction in which an element wiring portion extends from the support portion.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an organic electroluminescent element with which no light extraction layer needs to be produced separately, which has a transparent electrode that is advantageous in terms of cost and can be formed by a simple film formation process, and which is excellent from the standpoint of light extraction efficiency. The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent element in which a substrate, a first electrode adjacent to this substrate, an organic layer including at least one organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode adjacent to this organic layer are formed in this order, with this organic electroluminescent element being such that at least one of the aforementioned electrodes is a transparent electrode which is transparent, which contains at least one type of light scattering particles that are transparent and that have a primary particle size of at least 0.5 &#x3bc;m, and which is composed of the aforementioned light scattering particles and a component having a refractive index equal to or higher than the refractive index of the aforementioned organic light-emitting layer.

Organic electroluminescent element

An organic EL device includes at least a light-emitting layer provided between a pair of electrodes. The light-emitting layer includes at least a hole transporting host material and an electron transporting phosphorescent material, and the concentration of the electron transporting phosphorescent material in the light-emitting layer decreases from a cathode side toward an anode side.

Organic electroluminescent device

An organic electroluminescence element includes at least a light-emitting layer between a pair of electrodes, wherein the light-emitting layer is divided into at least three layers, an intermediate layer containing an electron blocking material or a hole blocking material is disposed between the divided light-emitting layers, an Ea value of the electron blocking material is smaller than an Ea value of a host material of the divided light-emitting layer adjacent on a cathode side or an Ip value of the hole blocking material is larger than an Ip value of a host material of the divided light-emitting layer adjacent on the anode side of the intermediate layer, and a difference of &#x394;Ea or &#x394;Ip is controlled to specific range.

Organic electroluminescence element

There is provided an organic electroluminescent devicehaving an anode, a cathodedisposed facing the anode, and an organic layerthat is sandwiched between the anode and the cathode and that includes at least a light emitting layer, wherein the light emitting layer includes a light emitting material having hole transportability, a host material having electron transportability and an electrically inert material, and the concentration of the light emitting material having hole transportability gradually increases from the cathode side toward the anode side. Preferably, the concentration of the electrically inert material also gradually increases from the cathode side toward the anode side.

An organic electroluminescence element including at least two light-emitting layers disposed between an anode and a cathode, wherein the at least two light-emitting layers include a light-emitting layer A that contains an electron transporting light-emitting material and a hole transporting host material, wherein a concentration of the electron transporting light-emitting material gradually increases from an anode side toward a cathode side of the light-emitting layer A, and a light-emitting layer B that contains a hole transporting light-emitting material and an electron transporting host material, wherein a concentration of the hole transporting light-emitting material gradually decreases from an anode side toward a cathode side of the light-emitting layer B. An organic EL element with high light-emission efficiency and excellent durability is provided.

The present invention provides an organic electroluminescence element having at least a light-emitting layer disposed between a pair of electrodes, wherein the light-emitting layer includes at least two electron transporting materials and a hole transporting host material, with at least one of the electron transporting materials being an electron transporting light-emitting material, and a total concentration of the at least two electron transporting materials in the light-emitting layer decreases from a cathode side toward an anode side.

An organic electroluminescence element including an organic layer including a light-emitting layer disposed between a pair of electrodes, wherein the light-emitting layer contains at least one hole transporting light-emitting material and at least one electron-transporting host material, and a concentration of the hole transporting light-emitting material in the light-emitting layer decreases from an anode side toward a cathode side.
