A current sensor according to the present invention that measures a current to be measured flowing through a busbar includes a sensing section that is capable of detecting a magnetic field generated by flow of the current to be measured through the busbar. The current flowing in the busbar is measured based on a change in the magnetic field detected by the sensing section. The sensing section is inserted into a through-hole of the busbar that penetrates the busbar in a thickness direction of the busbar, and a direction of an axis of detection of the magnetic field performed by the sensing section extends in a direction of the insertion into the through-hole.

Current sensor and electric device

A current detecting device has: a bus bar through which a current under measurement flows; a fastening member for fastening an external member to the bus bar; a chassis formed integrally with the bus bar and a shield, the chassis holding the bus bar and fastening member in a mutual contact state; and a magnetic sensor placed so as to face the bus bar, the magnetic sensor being capable of detecting a magnetic field generated when the current under measurement flows through the bus bar. The bus bar has a fastening terminal portion on the same side as an end of the bus bar, the fastening terminal portion being in contact with the external member. A connection surface is provided so as to be exposed from the chassis, the connection surface being a surface through which the fastening terminal portion is brought into contact with the external member.

Current detecting device

A tire wear measuring device that detects wear of a tire based on a magnetic field from a magnetic object embedded in the tire includes magnetic sensors and a battery. The battery is capable of transmitting the magnetic field from the magnetic object, and has an outer edge from which the magnetic field from the magnetic object is emitted as an emission magnetic field. Each of the magnetic sensors is disposed in a position where the emission magnetic field is detectable by the sensor.

Tire wear measuring device and power generating device

A current sensor according to the present invention includes a bus bar through which a measuring current flows; a nut with which the bus bar and an external terminal are brought into contact with and fastened to each other; a magnetic sensor capable of detecting a magnetic field generated when a current flows through the bus bar; a case member having a housing area in which the magnetic sensor is allowed to be housed, the case member sealing the bus bar and the nut inside; and a cover member provided over the housing area. The case member has an open part in which a portion of the nut is exposed. The open part is covered by an insulative protective member. Therefore, shavings generated when a bolt for fastening an external terminal is screwed into the nut are prevented from dropping to the outside of the current sensor.

Current sensor

A current sensor includes a magnetic sensor configured to detect a magnetic field generated by a current to be measured flowing through a current path and a shielding member including a first shield, a second shield, and a third shield disposed away from each other. The first shield is disposed on an opposite side of the current path from the magnetic sensor in a first direction in which the magnetic sensor and the current path oppose each other and includes a first opposing surface opposing the current path. The second shield includes a second opposing surface along the first direction. The third shield includes a third opposing surface along the first direction. The second shield and the third shield are disposed such that the second opposing surface and the third opposing surface oppose each other, with the magnetic sensor and the current path sandwiched therebetween.

Current sensor having shielding arrangement

A current detection device includes a plurality of current detection units arranged in the current detection device. Each of the current detection units includes a bus bar that enables a current to be measured to flow therethrough, a magnetic sensor disposed at a position facing the bus bar, and a pair of shields disposed so as to sandwich the bus bar and the magnetic sensor in a facing direction in which the bus bar and the magnetic sensor face each other. The bus bars of the plurality of current detection units extend so as to be aligned to one another and, as viewed in the facing direction, the positions of the shield and the magnetic sensor of each of the current detection units in an extension direction of the bus bars differ from the positions of the shield and the magnetic sensor of the adjacent current detection unit.

Current detection device

In a current detection device, a first shield plate is disposed adjacent to a magnetic sensor and a second shield plate is disposed adjacent to the bus bar so that the first and second shield plates sandwich the bus bar and the magnetic sensor in the thickness direction of the bus bar. A plurality of the first shield plates adjacent to the magnetic sensors are an integral part of a cover. At least part of the cover is separated between adjacent two of the first shield plates, and a plurality of the second shield plates disposed adjacent to the bus bars are an integral part of a casing.

A magnetic sensor is configured such that, even if noise is generated from a bus bar at ON-OFF switching of a voltage for controlling the current to be measured flowing through the bus bar, the influence of the noise on the result of measurement made by the magnetic sensor can be reduced. The magnetic sensor includes a main body having two opposing sides, the main body being capable of measuring a value of a current to be measured flowing through a bus bar by detecting a magnetic field induced by the current to be measured, wherein a signal terminal for outputting a detection signal and a supply terminal for supplying electrical power to the main body extend only from one of the two sides of the main body.

Magnetic sensor and current detecting apparatus including the same

A current sensor that can be downsized without lowering measurement precision has bus bars, magnetic sensors, each of which measures an induced magnetic field generated from one bus bar, a circuit board on which the magnetic sensors are mounted, a case that fixes the bus bars and circuit board, a lid that closes the case, and in-side magnetic shields provided in the lid. The in-side magnetic shield has cutouts along its circumferential edges. Hole are formed in the lid. From each hole, the outer edges of the cutout of the in-side magnetic shield are exposed. Therefore, when the lid is formed, the distance between adjacent in-side magnetic shields can be shortened when the in-side magnetic shield is positioned by pressing portions in a mold.

A current sensor sending an output to the outside through a connector does not affect the precision of the sensor even when an external connector is inserted or removed. The current sensor has a bus bar and a case housing part of the bus bar. The case has an open upper surface and a lid covering the upper surface. A circuit board is fixed to the case body with three caulking portions. The circuit board includes a fixed area enclosed by these caulking portions and an extended portion extending from two of these caulking portions. The lid is provided with two lid-side stoppers. Inside the case body, case-body-side stoppers are provided at three positions. When an external connector is connected to or removed from the connector, the warp of the extended portion is suppressed by the case-body-side stoppers and lid-side stoppers.

A current sensor includes a substrate, a first bus bar, and a second bus bar. The first bus bar has a first detection recess recessed in a square U-shape upstream in the extending direction (in the Y-direction) and a first adjustment recess downstream, with a first intermediate portion therebetween. The bottom surface of the first detection recess is a first bottom surface. The first sensitive axis of a first magneto-electric conversion element, if extended toward the second bus bar, abuts the body of the second bus bar at a portion where a second adjustment recess is provided.

A current sensor has two magnetic shields, a target current path, an adjacent current path, and a magneto-electric conversion element. The target current path includes a target partial current path positioned in a spacing. The adjacent current path includes an adjacent partial current path separated from the target partial current path at least in a first direction. Each magnetic shield includes a near end positioned on the same side as the adjacent partial current path in the first direction. In the first direction, the magneto-electric conversion element is positioned between the near end and the center position of the magnetic shield in the first direction.

A current sensor includes a plurality of unit groups mounted in a first case and a current sensor includes a first case that is made of a resin and includes a first opposing part, a second case that is made of a resin and includes a second opposing part, a substrate mounted in at least one of the first case and second case, and a plurality of unit groups mounted in the first case and second case, each unit group measuring an induced magnetic field. second case, each unit group measuring an induced magnetic field. Each of the plurality of unit groups includes one or more measurement units arranged in a second direction. The thickness of the first opposing part in a first direction is substantially constant. The thickness of the second opposing part in the first direction is substantially constant.

A current sensor includes at least one bus bar through which a current to be measured flows and a casing integrated with part of the bus bar. A conductive portion is provided in the at least one bus bar, which is used to verify whether the current sensor functions normally. In the conductive portion, a front face of the bus bar is exposed from a casing main body to form an exposed face and a rear face of the bus bar opposite the exposed face is coated with synthetic resin to form coated face. Furthermore, the conductive portion has a trapezoidal shape in which the longer base is the exposed face and the shorter base is the coated face.

A current sensor includes a substrate, a first bus bar, and a second bus bar. The first bus bar includes a first terminal portion, a first rising portion, a first extending portion, a first cutout portion, and a first stepped portion. The second bus bar includes a second terminal portion, a second rising portion, a second extending portion, a second cutout portion, and a second stepped portion. The second stepped portion and the second rising portion are connected together. A second magneto-electric conversion element is mounted on the lower surface of the substrate. A first magneto-electric conversion elements is mounted on the upper surface of the substrate.
