A compressor comprises: a cylinder with a compression space; a suction port and a discharge port which communicate with the compression space in the cylinder; a support member which closes an opening of the cylinder; a rotary shaft which is rotatably supported on the support member; a compression member whose one surface crossing an axial direction of the rotary shaft is inclined continuously between a top dead center and a bottom dead center and which is rotated and compresses a fluid to discharge the fluid via the discharge port; and a vane which is disposed between a suction port and the discharge port, abuts on one surface of the compression member and partitions the compression space in the cylinder into high and low pressure chambers.

A compressor having a compression element with a cylinder in which a compression space is constituted, a suction port and a discharge port which communicate with the compression space in the cylinder, a support member which closes an opening on the cylinder and a rotary shaft which is rotatably supported by a main bearing as a bearing formed on the support member. A compression member, whose one surface crosses an axial direction of the rotary shaft is inclined continuously between a top dead center and a bottom dead center and is disposed in the cylinder to be rotated by the rotary shaft, compresses a fluid sucked from the suction port to discharge the fluid via the discharge port. A vane which is disposed between the suction port and the discharge port to abut on one surface of the compression member partitions the compression space in the cylinder into a low pressure chamber and high pressure chamber. A shaft seal which is disposed on an end portion of the main bearing, on a side opposite to the compression member, abuts on the rotary shaft.

There is provided a horizontal rotary compressor capable of improving performance thereof while an oil supply means smoothly supplies oil. A part of a hermetic shell case at the upper side is partitioned by a baffle into an electric element side and an oil pump side, a refrigerant which is drawn from an outside of the hermetic shell case is compressed by a first rotary compression element and a second rotary compression element and discharged toward the electric element side of the baffle, then it is further discharged from oil pump side toward the outside of the hermetic shell case. The baffle closes a flow path area of the refrigerant over an oil level inside the hermetic shell case at a ratio ranging from not less than 50% to not more than 80% during the stoppage of the horizontal rotary compressor.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a motor compressor that reduces noise by lessening a contact area between a stator and a shell, wherein a motor element is constituted of a stator having a stator core that contacts and is fixed to an internal wall of the closed vessel, and a rotator having a magnetic substance, which is attached to the rotating shaft and is rotatably supported in the inside of the stator construct. It is essential that H<Ho is satisfied wherein H is a dimension in a rotating shaft direction of an area in which the stator core contacts the closed vessel and Ho is a dimension in a rotating shaft direction of the stator core.

An object of the present invention is to attain the downsizing of a closed rotary compressor while realizing separation of oil from gas without any problem, and since an electric motor is constituted by a motor of a magnetic pole concentrated winding type which includes: a stator fixed to the inner wall of a closed container; a rotator rotatably supported by a rotating shaft on the inner side of said stator; a stator core constituting said stator; a plurality of cog portions and slot portions formed to said stator core; and a stator winding directly wound around each cog portion utilizing the slot portions, a protrusion dimension of the winding from the stator core is reduced, and the excellent oil separation effect can be obtained.

Closed rotary compressor

A rotary compressor uses a freon without containing chlorine ions and uses polyol ester as a lubricant or plyvinyl ether as a base oil for providing a highly reliable rotary compressor, and for preventing abnormal abrasion. The rotary compressor has a roller and a vane sliding contact with an outer cirumference of the roller. A sliding contact portion between the vane and the roller is formed with a radius of curvature Rv, and satisfies T<Rv<Rr, wherein T is the thickness of the vane and Rr is the radius of curvature of the outer circumference of the roller.

Assuming that the mass eccentricity in a cylinder is m1&times;r1; the mass eccentricity in another cylinder is m2&times;r2; the mass eccentricity of a balancer attached to the lower side of a rotator is m3&times;r3; the mass eccentricity of another balancer attached to the upper side of the rotator is m4&times;r4; respective distances from the cylinder to another cylinder, the lower balancer and another balancer are L2, L3 and L4, when the balancing is attained with the expressions m1&times;r1&plus;m4&times;r4&equals;m2&times;r2&plus;m3&times;r3, m4&times;r4&times;L4&equals;m2&times;r2&times;L2&plus;m3&times;r3&times;L3, and m1&times;r1&equals;m2&times;r2, the lower balancer is eliminated and the mass eccentricity of the balancer is set to be not less than 20% and not more than 80% of m4&times;r4.
