An oscillator includes: a resonator element; a circuit element configured to output a clock signal; and a container accommodating the resonator element and the circuit element and including a substrate having a first surface. The substrate includes a first electrode provided on the first surface and electrically coupled to the resonator element, a second electrode electrically coupled to the resonator element, and an output electrode configured to output the clock signal. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed side by side in a first direction. The output electrode is disposed adjacent to the first electrode in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. When an end portion of the first electrode on a side close to the second electrode is defined as a first end portion, the output electrode includes a first region disposed closer to the second electrode side than the first end portion in the first direction.

Oscillator

An oscillator includes: a resonator element; a circuit element; and a container including a substrate mounted with the circuit element, in which the circuit element includes a first coupling terminal coupled to the resonator element, a second coupling terminal coupled to the resonator element and aligned in a first direction with the first coupling terminal in the first direction, and an output terminal disposed adjacent to the first coupling terminal in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and in which the substrate includes a first surface mounted with the circuit element and a second surface, and the substrate includes a first coupling electrode provided on the first surface and coupled to the first coupling terminal, a second coupling electrode coupled to the second coupling terminal, an output electrode coupled to the output terminal, a first coupling wiring provided on the second surface and coupled to the first coupling electrode, a second coupling wiring coupled to the second coupling electrode, an output wiring coupled to the output electrode, and a shield wiring that is provided between the first coupling wiring and the output wiring and to which a direct-current potential is applied.

A vibration device has a substrate, a mount disposed on the substrate, a vibration element having a base end and a tip end, the base end being disposed on the mount, and an adhesive fixing the mount and the vibration element. The mount has a first protrusion and a second protrusion disposed to be aligned in a first direction in which the base end and the tip end are aligned, and whose protrusion heights on the vibration element side differ from each other, the second protrusion is located on the base end side of the vibration element relative to the first protrusion, the vibration element is disposed on the first protrusion and the second protrusion, and a portion of the vibration element on the base end side relative to the second protrusion is separated from the substrate and the mount.

Vibration device

An electronic device includes a base material, a first metal film disposed on the base material and containing nitrogen and chromium, and a second metal film disposed on the first metal film and containing gold. In the first metal film, the number of nitrogen atoms may be between 20% to 100% of the number of chromium atoms. Further, the distribution of nitrogen atoms in the first metal film is larger in a third region sandwiched between a first region on the base material side of the first metal film and a second region on the second metal film side than in the first region and in the second region.

A package includes a base member and a lid member joined to the base member while forming, between the lid and base members, an internal space which stores an electronic component. A joined section of the base and lid members includes a first welded section formed by joining the base and lid members along an x axis direction using seam welding and a second welded section formed by joining the base and lid members along a y axis direction using the seam welding. In plan view, the first and second welded sections do not overlap each other. An area where an area formed by extending the first welded section in the x axis direction and an area formed by extending the second welded section in the y axis direction overlap each other is located on the outer side with respect to the contour of the lid member.
