A heat circuit may include a controller configured to execute a first process and then a defrosting operation. The first process may be a process to execute a first air-heating operation and a heat storage operation simultaneously. The second process may be a process to execute a defrosting operation. The controller may be configured, in the first air-heating operation, to cause the radiator to heat a radiator passage and cause the air-heating apparatus to heat air using heat of a air-heating passage while circulating the heat medium in the radiator passage and the air-heating passage. The controller may be configured, in the heat storage operation, to circulate the heat medium in an electrical apparatus passage and a bypass passage. The controller may be configured, in the defrosting operation, to circulate the heat medium in the electrical apparatus passage and the radiator passage.

Heat management device

The disclosure herein provides a heat management system for a vehicle, comprising: a first heat circuit in which first heat medium flows; a second heat circuit in which second heat medium flows; and a main heat exchanger configured to transfer heat from the second heat medium to the first heat medium. The first heat circuit comprises: a compressor; a cabin heater; a first air heat exchanger; an evaporator; a first bypass channel configured to allow the first heat medium to bypass the main heat exchanger; and a first switching valve by which one of the main heat exchanger and the evaporator is selected as a flow destination of the first heat medium flowing out from the first air heat exchanger. A single heat circuit (the first heat circuit) can achieve both heating and cooling of the air in the cabin.

Heat management system for vehicle

A heat management device may include: a first heat circuit; a second heat circuit; a heat exchanger configured to cool the first heat circuit and heat the second heat circuit; air-heating apparatus configured to heat air using the second heat circuit; a battery and electrical apparatus configured to be cooled by the first heat circuit; and a radiator configured to exchange heat between the first heat circuit and outside air. A controller may be configured, in the second process, to cause the heat exchanger to cool the heat exchanger passage while a heat medium circulates in the heat exchanger passage and the battery passage and bypasses the radiator passage. The controller may be configured, in the third process, to cause the radiator to cool the heat medium while the heat medium circulates in the radiator passage and the electrical apparatus passage and bypasses the heat exchanger passage.

A vehicle-mounted temperature controller includes a low temperature circuit and a refrigeration circuit. The low temperature circuit has a heat generating equipment heat exchanger exchanging heat with heat generating equipment, a radiator, a first heat exchanger, and a three-way valve. The refrigeration circuit has a second heat exchanger discharging heat from the refrigerant to a high temperature circuit to make the refrigerant condense, and the first heat exchanger making the refrigerant absorb heat from the cooling water to make the refrigerant evaporate. The low temperature circuit includes a first partial circuit through which the cooling water flows through the radiator and the first heat exchanger, and a second partial circuit through which the cooling water flows through the heat generating equipment heat exchanger without passing through the radiator and the first heat exchanger. The cooling water circulates simultaneously and separately at these first partial circuit and second partial circuit.

Vehicle-mounted temperature controller

An energy conversion system includes an energy converter, a cold generator, and a liquid water obtainer. The energy converter is configured to convert energy of a source from one form to another form and generate heat and water vapor. The cold generator is configured to generate cold using the heat generated by the energy converter. The liquid water obtainer is configured to condense the water vapor using the cold to obtain liquid water. Accordingly, the water vapor generated from the energy converter can be cooled efficiently. Therefore, efficiency in obtaining the liquid water can be improved compared with a case where the water vapor is cooled by open air.

Energy conversion system

A vehicle-mounted temperature controller includes a first heat circuit having a battery heat exchange part exchanging heat with a battery and a first heat exchange part, with a first heat medium circulating therethrough; and a refrigeration circuit having a compression part compressing a refrigerant, a second heat exchange part radiating heat from the refrigerant, an expansion part expanding the refrigerant, and the first heat exchange part evaporating the refrigerant by making the refrigerant absorb heat from the first heat medium, realizing a refrigeration cycle by the refrigerant circulating therethrough. The first heat circuit includes a bypass flow path bypassing the battery heat exchange part, and an adjusting device adjusting a flow rate of the first heat medium flowing through the bypass flow path based on the temperature of the battery.

In an instrument panel provided in a vehicle cabin front section, a face that projects into a vehicle cabin is formed with a T-shape in vehicle rear view. An air-conditioning unit of a vehicle air-conditioning device is provided at an inside of the instrument panel. In the vehicle air-conditioning device, a foot blower outlet provided on the instrument panel blows an air-conditioned airflow toward the feet of a front seat occupant, and an interior air intake provided on the instrument panel takes in air from inside the vehicle cabin to generate the air-conditioned airflow. The foot blower outlet is formed in a lower portion of a side wall at a vehicle width direction central portion of the instrument panel.

Vehicle air-conditioning device

To provide an evaporator capable of suppressing reduction in heat transport amount while also preventing an increase in the pressure loss of a working fluid. An evaporator comprising a container and a dividing layer adapted to divide the inside of the container into a liquid reservoir chamber and a vapor chamber, wherein the dividing layer includes a heat blocking layer on the liquid reservoir chamber side and a wick layer on the vapor chamber side, a gap is formed between the heat blocking layer and the wick layer, the liquid reservoir chamber and the gap are communicated with each other via a penetration path formed in the heat blocking layer, and a working fluid in the liquid reservoir chamber passes through the penetration path and penetrates into the gap and the wick layer by a capillary force.

Evaporator

An adsorption heat pump includes: an evaporator/condenser including a section that evaporates a first heat exchange-medium and pipe through which a second heat exchange-medium flows; first adsorption devices, each including an adsorption-section in which the first heat exchange-medium that has been evaporated reacts and retains the first heat exchange-medium, and pipe through which the second heat exchange-medium flows; and second adsorption device in which first heat exchange-medium that has been released from the first adsorption devices reacts and retains the first heat exchange-medium. The adsorption-section of the first adsorption device in a state reacting with the first heat exchange-medium is in communication with the evaporator/condenser section, and the adsorption-section of the first adsorption device is in a state having adsorbed the first heat exchange-medium is in communication with the second adsorption device adsorption-section, and the first adsorption device pipe is connected to the evaporator/condenser pipe in series, thereby generating cooling.

Heat pump and cooling power generation method

A vehicle is provided with an air conditioning device that heats a passenger compartment, using cooling water passing through an internal combustion engine as a heat source, and a seat heater, which heats a seat in the passenger compartment by using an electric power from a battery as a heat source. An electronic control device performs EV travel of the vehicle by driving a motor generator while setting the internal combustion engine to a stop state and restarts the internal combustion engine when a cooling water temperature becomes equal to or less than a predetermined temperature during the EV travel. When a heating request is output to make the air conditioning device heat the passenger compartment during vehicle travel, the electronic control device reduces the heating degree of the air conditioning device and increases the heating degree by the seat heater during EV travel in comparison with non-EV travel.

Control device for vehicle

When there is an extremely low ambient temperature, an electronic control unit controls operation of a circulation path for coolant water in such a manner that, after starting of an engine, the coolant water is supplied from the engine first to a throttle valve and an EGR valve and then to an oil warmer for a transmission. This solves a failure problem in the throttle valve and the EGR valve caused by frost formation at an early stage. As a result, desired operating performance of the vehicle is quickly ensured and heat management in the vehicle is carried out in a desired manner when there is an extremely low ambient temperature.

An exhaust heat recovery system () includes: an exhaust heat exchanger () that is communicated with a catalytic converter () through an exhaust gas pipe (A), and that recovers exhaust heat into a coolant; and heat transfer restriction means () provided between the catalytic converter () and the exhaust heat exchanger (). The heat transfer restriction means () includes a heat insulator () disposed between a first exhaust gas pipe () and a second exhaust gas pipe () that constitute the exhaust gas pipe (A), and. restrains a released heat from the catalytic converter () from reaching the exhaust heat exchanger ().
