An oil leak detection device includes a pair of permanent magnets, a plurality of commutators, a coil, a pair of brushes, and a current sensor. An N-pole and an S-pole of the pair of permanent magnets face each other. The plurality of commutators are attached to an output shaft. The coil is wound onto the output shaft inside the pair of permanent magnets in the radial direction of the output shaft. The coil is electrically connected to the plurality of commutators. The pair of brushes are attached to a housing and are capable of coming into contact with each of the plurality of commutators. The current sensor detects an induction current flowing between the pair of brushes and the housing.

Power transmission device

A transmission system includes a transmission, first and second composite sensors, and a controller. The transmission has a clutch switchable between an engaged state and a disengaged state, a first shaft disposed on an input side of the clutch, and a second shaft disposed on an output side of the clutch. The first and second composite sensors detect rotation speeds and rotation phases of the first and second shafts, respectively. The controller acquires a load torque applied to the transmission. When the clutch is switched from the disengaged state to the engaged state, the controller derives a phase difference between the rotation phase of the first shaft detected by the first composite sensor and the rotation phase of the second shaft detected by the second composite sensor based on the time when the clutch has stopped slipping. The controller acquires the load torque based on the derived phase difference.

An outphasing power amplifying device includes a switching signal generating circuit configured to generate a switching pulse signal for switching a class-D power amplifier from two types of sinusoidal wave generated based on amplitude and phase of a modulated wave to be transmitted. The switching signal generating circuit includes: a sin calculation unit and a cos calculation unit for converting phase information of the two types of sinusoidal wave into a quadrature format; a DA converter for converting the quadrature-format phase information; a first filter for removing an aliasing component from the analogue signal; an analogue quadrature modulator for generating a sinusoidal wave from the analogue signals by using a local signal; a second filter for allowing a radio frequency and a component in the vicinity thereof to pass therethrough; and a comparator for converting the sinusoidal wave into a switching pulse signal by comparison with a reference voltage.

Power amplifying device

A power supply device includes: an oscillation unit for outputting a high frequency signal; a modulation unit for outputting a pulsed high frequency signal; a level adjustment unit for adjusting and outputting a level of the pulsed high frequency signal; a power amplifier for amplifying a power outputted from the level adjustment unit; an output power detection unit for detecting an output power value from the power amplifier; and a control unit. The control unit corrects and outputs a level control signal for controlling the level of the pulsed high frequency signal based on a corresponding correction factor at each of elapsed times in an on state of the pulsed high frequency signal, and compares comparison values in a current pulse and a previous pulse to update the correction factor such that comparison result between the set power value and the output power value becomes smaller at each reflection coefficient.

Power supply device and method for plasma generation

A matching unit includes a directional coupler for detecting a travelling wave and a reflected wave; a matching circuit including a first variable capacitance capacitor, a second variable capacitance capacitor and an inductance; and a control unit for controlling VCand VCof the first and the second variable capacitance capacitor by calculating a reflection coefficient based on the travelling wave and the reflected wave. When a distance between the calculated reflection coefficient and a circle described by a trace of the reflection coefficient which passes through a matching point on a Smith chart is greater than a predetermined value, the control unit changes VCof the second variable capacitance capacitor and the calculated reflection coefficient to make the distance within the predetermined value. When the distance becomes within the predetermined value, the control unit changes VCof the first variable capacitance capacitor and makes the calculated reflection coefficient smaller.

Matching unit and matching method

A power supply circuit includes: a push-pull amplifier unit which amplifies an input signal with a push-pull amplification protocol; a variable power supply unit which varies, with a control signal, the voltage level of a power supply voltage which is supplied to the push-pull amplifier; a switch control unit which, on the basis of the input signal, outputs the control signal which controls the voltage level of the power supply voltage; and a timing control unit which applies a specified time delay to the input signal. When the control signal rises, the switch control unit causes the control signal to rise at a faster timing, according to the voltage level switch transition timing, than a delay time upon the timing control unit, and when the control signal falls, the switch control unit causes the control signal to fall at the timing of the delay time.

An amplifier capable of lowering an electrical current flowing in a peak amplifier before a carrier amplifier becomes saturated to thereby improve the efficiency of an entirety of the amplifier is provided. The amplifier includes a carrier amplifier circuit having an amplifying element operable in class-AB or class-B, and a plurality of peak amplifier circuits which have amplifying elements operating in class-B or class-C and which are arranged to start an operation in stages in response to an input level. The present invention provides a non-linear distortion detection method and a distortion compensation amplifying device capable of suppressing increase of the circuit size and the power consumption even if the signal band is widened. A signal obtained by feeding back an output of a power amplifier is sampled by an A/D converter. An equalizer of a distortion detection unit uses an input signal d(n) of a predistorter as a reference symbol to detect an equalization error e(n) of the orthogonal demodulation signal u(n). An absolute value averaging unit outputs an absolute value of the equalization error e(n) which has been temporally averaged to E(n) as a distortion value to a control unit. According to the distortion value, the control unit adaptively controls the predistorter to perform distortion compensation.
