An improved screen printing machine is provided. The main body portion and the support table portion of the printer main body are constructed independently of each other, and the main body portion is supported by the support table portion so as to be movable forward. A feed screw is axially immovably and rotatably held by the main body portion so as to be parallel to the front and rear direction, and the feed screw is engaged with the nut provided on the support table portion. An operator rotates the handle attached to the feed screw to move the main body portion forward with respect to the support table portion so that the main body portion is drawn from the support table portion.

Screen printing machine

A screen printing line with higher utility is provided. In a screen printing line including a plurality of screen printing machines and a plurality of shuttle conveyors each provided between any adjacent two of the plurality of screen printing machines, each of the screen printing machines includes: a main body; a front conveyor having a substrate support device; a rear conveyor configured to allow passage of a circuit substrate; a printing device configured to carry out screen printing on the circuit substrate supported by the substrate support device. Also, each of the plurality of shuttle conveyors includes a movable conveyor movable between a position continuous to the front conveyor and a position continuous to the rear conveyor.

Screen printing line and screen printing method

A screen printing machine prints solder on circuit boards at predetermined printing positions. The screen printing machine includes a plurality of lanes arranged in a Y direction and each having a printing position, and a housing surrounding the printing positions and having replacement access ports which open in an X direction. The X direction is a direction in which the circuit boards are transferred, the Y direction is a generally horizontal direction which is generally perpendicular to the X direction, and a Z direction is a generally vertical direction which is generally perpendicular to the X direction and the Y direction. A replacement part disposed in the plurality of lanes is replaceable from the replacement access ports during a tooling change.

Screen printing machine and printing unit

When a printed circuit board is inspected and determined to have an insufficient amount of printing of a print pattern, the printed board is returned to a screen-printing apparatus so that a new print pattern is formed so as to overlap a previous print pattern. In the re-printing, a raising speed of the printed board at a final stage of the board raising operation is rendered lower than in the previous screen printing so that the printed board is brought into contact with the underside of the screen mask more slowly.

A printing-agent replenishing device including a replenisher which has a container for accommodating a printing agent and a delivery nozzle disposed at one end of the container and which is operable to delivery the printing agent from the delivery nozzle, for replenishing a printing-agent replenishment object in a screen printer, the device further including a cutting wire for cutting off a mass of the printing agent which extends from a free end of the delivery nozzle, and a cutting-wire holding device which holds the cutting wire such that the cutting wire is held in contact with or in close proximity to the free end face of the delivery nozzle, so as to traverse an opening in the free end face, and such that the cutting wire is rotatable about an axis substantially aligned with an axis of the delivery nozzle.

A method of method of controlling a pushing pressure which is applied to a printing material, such as a creamed solder, to push the material out of a printing head of a screen printing apparatus and print the material on an object, such as a printed wiring board, through at least one through-hole of a screen of the apparatus while at least one of the head and the screen is moved relative to the other of the head and the screen in a direction parallel to the screen, the method comprising the step of changing the pushing pressure applied to the printing material, while a printing operation is carried out on the object by the screen printing apparatus.
