A tray for storing a semiconductor device such as a BGA device. This tray comprises a storage portion for receiving and storing the BGA device therein. The storage portion has a wall surface which is arranged around the semiconductor device upon storing the semiconductor device. This wall surface has an area which is inclined with an angle so as to support an edge of a package of the semiconductor device but not to come into contact with wiring terminals thereof. With this arrangement, the inclined are comes into contact with only the edge of the package so as to be able to support the package.

Provided is an electroconductive resin composition made of: (a) about 100 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether or a mixture of a polyphenylene ether and a styrene resin having a weight ratio of polyphenylene ether:styrene resin of less than 100:0 to greater than about 5:95; (b) about 1 to about 50 parts by weight of a carboxylic acid amide wax having a high softening point; (c) about 5 to about 35 parts by weight of a carbon black having a dibutylphthalate adsorption of about 70 ml/100 gm or more; (d) optionally 0 to about 50 parts by weight of a rubber material; (e) optionally 0 to about 50 parts by weight of an electroconductive inorganic filler; (f) optionally 0 to about 20 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin; and (g) optionally 0 to about 30 parts by weight of a non-electroconductive inorganic filler. Disclosed is an electroconductive resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether, 1 to 50 parts by weight of a diamide compound and 5 to 35 parts by weight of a carbon black having a dibutyl phthalate absorption of 70 ml/100 mg or more. This composition is excellent in electroconductivity, processability and heat resistance.
