One embodiment provides a vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus configured to perform a vehicle hold control which controls a brake hydraulic pressure when a vehicle comes to a halt. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus includes: a behavior determination section configured to determine whether or not a behaving amount in a lateral direction of the vehicle is equal to or larger than a first threshold; and an operation determination section configured to determine whether or not a control member provided to control the vehicle is operated. Further, the vehicle hold control is canceled at least when the behavior determination section determines that the behaving amount is equal to or larger than the first threshold and the operation determination section determines that the control member is operated.

Vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus

A control device for controlling a front wheel drive force and a rear wheel drive force of a vehicle that includes a transmission comprises: a first controller for controlling a drive force of a main drive wheel and a drive force of an auxiliary drive wheel, the drive force of the main drive wheel being one of the front-wheel drive force and the rear-wheel drive force, and the drive force of the auxiliary drive wheel being another of the front-wheel drive force and the rear-wheel drive force; and a second controller for detecting whether a speed-change ratio of the transmission has changed. In a case that the second controller has detected that the speed-change ratio has changed, the first controller increases the drive force of the auxiliary drive wheel and reduces the drive force of the main drive wheel.

A wheel speed calculation method wherein, when both rising and falling edges occur, the wheel speed is calculated using both the edges, when either of the edges does not occur, the wheel speed is calculated using both the edges in such a manner that for the edge not occurring, the preceding calculation value or the calculation value provided by assuming that one occurred within the temporary time, whichever is the lower, is selected. Further, neither of the rising and falling edges occurs, the minimum value of the two calculation values provided by assuming that only one edge occurred within the temporary time and the calculation value provided by assuming that only one rising edge and only one falling edge occurred within the temporary time or the calculation value of the preceding wheel speed, whichever is the lower, is selected as the wheel speed.
