A hydraulic excavator includes an engine, a revolving frame supporting the engine, a vehicle body frame, a first exhaust treatment apparatus and a connecting pipe. The vehicle body frame includes a plurality of column members disposed upright on the revolving frame. The first exhaust treatment apparatus is supported by the vehicle body frame and treats exhaust from the engine. The connecting pipe connects the engine and the first exhaust treatment apparatus. At least a portion of the connecting pipe includes an extendable and contractable bellows portion. The connecting pipe includes a fixing portion fixed to the vehicle body frame. The fixing portion is positioned in the connecting pipe between the bellows portion and the first exhaust treatment apparatus.

Hydraulic excavator

An exhaust treatment unit treats an exhaust gas from an engine of a work vehicle. The exhaust treatment unit includes a diesel particulate filter device, a selective catalytic reduction device, and a connection pipe. The diesel particulate filter device treats the exhaust gas. The selective catalytic reduction device treats the exhaust gas. The connection pipe connects the diesel particulate filter device and the selective catalytic reduction device. The connection pipe includes a plurality of spherical joints, a first pipe part on a first end, and a second pipe part on a second end. The plurality of spherical joints include a first spherical joint mounted between the first pipe part and the diesel particulate filter device, a second spherical joint mounted between the second pipe part and the selective catalytic reduction device, and a third spherical joint mounted between the first and second pipe parts.

Exhaust treatment unit

A hydraulic excavator includes an engine, a rotating frame, a vehicle body frame, a diesel particulate filtering device, a selective catalytic reduction device, and a connecting pipe. The diesel particulate filtering device and the selective catalytic reduction device are supported by a vehicle body frame. At least a portion of the connecting pipe includes an extendable bellows part. The connecting pipe connects the engine and the diesel particulate filtering device. The diesel particulate filtering device is located further away from the engine than the selective catalytic reduction device along a first direction on a horizontal plane. The first tubular body portion of the diesel particulate filtering device and the second tubular body portion of the selective catalytic reduction device are disposed apart from each other with a space therebetween in a plan view.

A hydraulic excavator includes an engine, a revolving frame supporting the engine, a vehicle body frame, a diesel particulate filter device, and a first connecting pipe. The vehicle body frame is disposed on the revolving frame. The diesel particulate filter device and the selective catalytic reduction device are supported by the vehicle body frame. The first connecting pipe connects the engine and the diesel particulate filter device. The first connecting pipe includes a bellows part that is extendable in at least a portion thereof. The diesel particulate filter device is located further away from the engine than the selective catalytic reduction device. The first connecting pipe passes below the selective catalytic reduction device and is connected to the diesel particulate filter device. A connecting portion for the diesel particulate filter device and the first connecting pipe is located below the diesel particulate filter device.

An exhaust treatment unit treats an exhaust gas from an engine of a work vehicle. The exhaust treatment unit includes a first exhaust treatment device, a second exhaust treatment device, and a bracket. The first exhaust treatment device and the second exhaust treatment device are attached to the bracket. The bracket includes an edge part having an attachment portion configured to be attached to a vehicle body frame of the work vehicle, and a main body part having a convex shape downwardly bulged from the edge part. A bottom part of the second exhaust treatment device is positioned below the attachment portion. A work vehicle preferably includes the exhaust treatment unit, the engine and the vehicle body frame.

An exhaust treatment unit includes an exhaust treatment device that treats exhaust gas from an engine of a work vehicle, a bracket including an attachment portion attachable to a hoisting hook, and a detachable component. The bracket supports the exhaust treatment device. The detachable component is attachable to and detachable from the attachment portion. When the unit is attached, the hoisting hook is attached to the attachment portion, the unit is hoisted using a hoisting tool including the hoisting hook, moved to an attachment position and installed in the work vehicle. The hoisting hook is then detached from the attachment portion and the detachable component is attached to the unit using the attachment portion. When the unit is detached, the detachable component is detached from the attachment portion, the hoisting hook is attached to the attachment portion, and the unit is hoisted and detached using the hoisting tool.

Exhaust treatment unit and method of attaching and detaching exhaust treatment unit

An exhaust treatment unit treats exhaust gas from an engine of a work vehicle. The exhaust treatment unit includes a diesel particulate filter device, a selective catalytic reduction device, a first support component and a second support component. The diesel particulate filter device treats the exhaust gas. The selective catalytic reduction device treats the exhaust gas. The first support component supports the diesel particulate filter device. The second support component supports the selective catalytic reduction device and the first support component. The first support component is detachable from the second support component.

A lock valve is switched from lock condition to release condition when a lock member is switched from lock position to release position. When pilot pressure is at least a predetermined pressure when the elapsed time from the point at which the lock member is switched from lock position to release position is at least a first predetermined time, the lock valve is maintained in the release condition. When pilot pressure is at least the predetermined pressure, the continuous time duration is greater than the second predetermined time when the elapsed time is less than the first predetermined time, the lock valve is switched to the lock condition. When pilot pressure is at least the predetermined pressure, the continuous time duration is no more than the second predetermined time when the elapsed time is less than the first predetermined time, the lock valve is allowed to be switched.

Working vehicle and method for controlling the working vehicle

A lock valve switching section switches a lock valve from a locked state to a released state when a lock member is switched from a locked position to a release position. An erroneous operation monitoring section maintains the lock valve in the released state when the pilot pressure is equal to or more than a predetermined pressure when elapsed time, which is from a point in time where the lock member is switched from the locked position to the release position, is equal to or more than the predetermined time. The erroneous operation monitoring section switches the lock valve to the locked state when the pilot pressure is equal to or more than the predetermined pressure when the elapsed time is less than the predetermined time.
