A switching board includes: a control circuit board that has, on a first surface thereof, a control circuit, a connection circuit, a first mounting window, and a second mounting window; a circuit structure including an input bus bar and an output bus bar are arranged on a second surface of the control circuit board; and a first and second semiconductor switching element. The first semiconductor switching element is arranged inside the first mounting window. The drain terminal, the source terminal, and the gate terminal of the first semiconductor switching element are connected respectively to the input bus bar, the connection circuit, and the control circuit. The second semiconductor switching element is arranged inside the second mounting window. The drain terminal, the source terminal, and the gate terminal of the second semiconductor switching element are connected respectively to the output bus bar, the connection circuit, and the control circuit.

Switching board

A switching board is provided with a control circuit board including a control circuit, first mounting windows and second mounting windows, a circuit constituent including an input busbar, an output busbar and a connection busbar arranged on one surface of the control circuit board, and first and second semiconductor switching elements. The first semiconductor switching elements are arranged inside the first mounting windows and have drain terminals connected to the input busbar, source terminals connected to the connection busbar and gate terminals connected to the control circuit. The second semiconductor switching elements are arranged inside the second mounting windows and have drain terminals connected to the output busbar, source terminals connected to the connection busbar and gate terminals connected to the control circuit.

A switching device includes a switching board with busbars, an upper case and stud bolts and nuts for fixing fastening terminals connected to wiring harnesses to the busbars. The upper case includes guide walls for guiding movements of the fastening terminals to fastening positions, and the restriction walls for restricting the rotation of the fastening terminals. The restriction walls are arranged to prevent a contact of the fastening terminal when the fastening terminal is rotated until the wiring harness comes into contact with the restriction wall.

Switching device

A DC-DC converter is provided with a transformer provided with a primary coil and a secondary coil; switching elements connected to the primary coil for switching the flow of electrical current to the primary coil; rectifying elements connected to the secondary coil; a case having a first accommodating portion in which the transformer is accommodated and a second accommodating portion in which the switching elements and the rectifying elements are accommodated; and a metal heat sink mounted on the case, the metal heat sink being thermally connected to the switching elements and the rectifying elements and having a radiator portion exposed on the outer surface of the case.

DC-DC converter

An electrical junction box includes a casing and a relay that is accommodated in the casing and has a relay case and a terminal portion, the terminal portion being accommodated in the relay case and having a fixed contact and a movable contact. A small heat amount-generating region that generates a smaller amount of heat than the relay does when current flows through the relay is formed in the casing, and the relay is disposed such that the fixed contact and the movable contact are located on the small heat amount-generating region side.

Electrical junction box

An electrical junction box includes a casing configured to be mounted in a vehicle, a start relay (a start electrical component) A housed in the casing and to which a current is supplied at least at a start of the vehicle, an operational electrical component (an operational relay, a connector, and a fuse connector) housed in the casing and to which a current is supplied at least during an operation of the vehicle, and a surrounding heat shield wall (a heat shield wall) disposed between the start relay and at least one of the operational relay, the connector, and the fuse connector that are the operational electrical components. The start relay includes a relay case (an electrical component case) and a terminal portion. The terminal portion is housed in the relay case and has a fixed contact and a movable contact.

An electric connection box has a circuit board, a conductive member (a first bus bar, a second bus bar, a first connection fitting, a second connection fitting, or a lead terminal) connected to the circuit board and extending in the direction away from the circuit board, a relay provided at the end of the conductive member which is located on the opposite side of the circuit board, and a case for receiving the circuit board and having an opening provided at a position corresponding to the relay. The relay is exposed at the opening to the outside of the case.

Electric connection box

An electric connection box according to the present invention can include a circuit board having a first surface capable of mounting an electronic component, and a second surface defining a non-mounting surface, a case housing the circuit board, the circuit board oriented in a substantially vertical direction, a vertical inner wall surface of the case formed opposite the non-mounting surface of said circuit board, the vertical inner wall and the non-mounting surface of said circuit board defining a substantially vertical air ventilation path, a suction port positioned in the case and in communication with the ventilation path, an exhaust port positioned in the case above said suction port and in communication with the ventilation path, and a heat generating component in communication with the ventilation path.

In an electric connection box, a heat insulation wall is vertically extended in a case. This forms, between the heat insulation wall and the inner wall of the case, an ascending flow path where air can ascend and a descending flow path where air can descend. An upper communication opening and a lower communication opening that connect between the ascending flow path and the descending flow path are arranged at the upper end and the lower end, respectively, of the heat insulation wall. A relay is placed in the ascending flow path. Among the regions of the case, a region forming the descending flow path is provided with a heat radiation wall section for releasing heat of air in the descending flow path to the outside of the case.

An electric junction box having a casing and a circuit structure accommodated in the casing. The circuit structure includes a plurality of first bus bars arranged at intervals and synthetic resin members disposed between the adjacent first bus bars and firmly attached to the first bus bars. The synthetic resin members have heat conductivity higher than that of air. Since the heat generated from the first bus bars during electrical connecting can be transmitted to the synthetic resin members, the electric junction box can be prevented from being locally heated to a high temperature.

An electric connection box includes an electronic circuit board having an electronic component, and a power circuit board having a power circuit, which are disposed upright in a casing. A vertically-extending component area for mounting a heat generating component is formed on the power circuit board, so as not to face the electronic circuit board. A partition wall for separating the component area from the electronic circuit board is provided in the casing, and thereby a first air passage for allowing air to flow vertically along the component area is formed in the casing. A first inlet port connected to the first air passage is formed on the casing, and a first outlet port connected to the first air passage and positioned above the first inlet port is formed on the casing.

An electric connection box according to one aspect of the present invention can include conductive members on a circuit board, a case accommodating the circuit board, a ventilation path formed in the case and through which air can flow in a vertical direction, a suction port formed in the case to be in communication with the ventilation path, an exhaust port formed in the case to be in communication with the ventilation path, the exhaust port positioned above the suction port, cooled portions positioned on the conductive members and positioned in the ventilation path so as to allow air to flow in the vertical direction between conductive members, and heat generating components connected to the cooled portions of the conductive members.

One aspect of the present invention can include an electric connection box having a circuit board, a case inside of which said circuit board is housed, a plurality of fitting depressions capable of being fitted with an external electrical component, positioned on a side wall of the case opposing a board surface of the circuit board. Further, an air path inside of said case is defined by the plurality of fitting depressions positioned as an arrayed side by side with a spacing in between, and the air path circulates the air up and down between the plurality of fitting depressions, and an inlet positioned in the case and in communication with the air path, an exhaust outlet is positioned in the case in communication with the air path and positioned above said inlet, and a heat generating component is positioned in the air path.

Affords a holder for use in semiconductor or liquid-crystal manufacturing devices&#x2014;as well as semiconductor or liquid-crystal manufacturing devices in which the holder is installed&#x2014;in which temperature uniformity in the processed-object retaining face is heightened. Configuring the holder with, furnished atop a ceramic susceptor, a composite of a ceramic and a metal improves the temperature uniformity in the holder's processed-object retaining face and makes for curtailing the generation of particulates and other contaminants. In addition, putting a coating on at least the retaining face improves the durability of the holder. Installing a holder of this sort in a semiconductor manufacturing device or a liquid-crystal manufacturing device contributes to making available semiconductor or liquid-crystal manufacturing devices whose productivity and throughput are excellent.
