An aluminum alloy fin material for a heat exchanger in the present invention comprises an aluminum alloy having a composition containing Mn: 1.2 to 2.0%, Cu: 0.05 to 0.20%, Si: 0.5 to 1.30%, Fe: 0.05 to 0.5%, and Zn: 1.0 to 3.0% by mass and a remainder comprising Al and an unavoidable impurity, further containing one or two or more of Ti: 0.01 to 0.20%, Cr: 0.01 to 0.20% and Mg: 0.01 to 0.20% by mass as desired, and, after heating in brazing, has a tensile strength of 140 MPa or more, a proof stress of 50 MPa or more, an electrical conductivity of 42% IACS or more, an average grain diameter of 150 &#x3bc;m or more and less than 700 &#x3bc;m, and a potential of &#x2212;800 mV or more and &#x2212;720 mV or less.

Aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger excellent in strength, electrical conductivity, and brazeability, method for manufacturing aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger, and heat exchanger comprising aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger

A brazing sheet formed of an aluminum alloy and exhibiting excellent post-brazing strength, corrosion resistance and brazability with a thickness of less than 200 &#x3bc;m is provided. The brazing sheet includes a core layer, a filler layer of an Al&#x2014;Si based alloy on one side of the core layer, and a sacrificial layer on the other side of the core layer. The core layer includes more than 1.5 mass % and 2.5 mass % or less of Cu, 0.5 mass % to 2.0 mass % of Mn, Al, and inevitable impurities. The sacrificial layer includes 2.0 mass % to 7.0 mass % of Zn, more than 0.10 mass % and 3.0 mass % or less of Mg, Al, and inevitable impurities. The filler layer and the sacrificial layer each have a thickness of 15 &#x3bc;m to 50 &#x3bc;m. A total clad rate of the filler layer and the sacrificial layer is equal to or less than 50%.

Brazing sheet formed of aluminum alloy

Provided is heat exchanger in which a rib of a core plate has a shape that is recessed from a flat surface of a flat body portion, and the rib is provided with: a rib bottom part including a bottom line that is recessed from and parallel to the flat surface of the flat body portion; and a rib inclination part that is positioned between the rib bottom part and a flat part. The rib is positioned so that the rib inclination part overlaps, in the tube stacking direction, the edge of the tube in the tube width direction.

Heat exchanger

A flow channel switching device provided in an oil circuit to switch the oil flow channel in accordance with the temperature of the oil. The flow channel switching device includes: a thermo-valve case that includes a plurality of flow passages that are communicated outside of the case; and a cylinder that is formed to move in the thermo-valve case and switches the oil flow channel in accordance with the temperature of the oil. The cylinder moves to a predetermined position and is fixed by means of an external member when the fluid at a low temperature is fed into the fluid circuit.
