A medication storage for storing medications while cooling down them is constituted so as to allow a medication based on prescription data to be certainly taken out. The medication storage cools down inside a storeroom for storing the medications to a predetermined temperature by a cooling unit. The medication storage, includes: a plurality of shelves rotatably provided in the storeroom; a plurality of storage partitions which are respectively constituted on each shelf and store the medications; a motor for rotating the shelves; a plurality of openings provided respectively for being arranged to correspond to each of the shelves thereby allowing only medication in any one of the storage partitions to be taken out; a plurality of doors for openably closing each opening, respectively; a plurality of lock solenoids for locking each door, respectively; and a control unit for controlling the motor and the lock solenoid. The controller permits the shelves to be rotated based on the prescription data so as to bring a predetermined storage partition to a position corresponding to the opening and then to permit the lock solenoid to be unlocked.

Medication storage

A medicine supply apparatus which comprises, in a case accommodating section, a plurality of tablet casesfor accommodating medicine and charges or supplies medicine into a bag, which medicine has been discharged from each tablet casebased on a prescription. An identification codeis provided for each of the tablet casesand read by an optical sensorprovided inside the case accommodating section, whereby discharge of medicine is controlled. A motorfor driving a discharge drum for the tablet caseis checked for disconnection by being regularly energized. The operating time and the frequency of operation of parts that wear out, such as the motors, are stored for use in failure prediction. Medicine supply apparatus

An object is to provide a medicine supply apparatus capable of reducing a time required for charging medicines without causing any trouble during counting of the medicines, the apparatus comprises: a discharge drum which discharges the medicines from a tablet case; a medicine detecting sensor which detects the medicines discharged from the tablet case, and a control device, and this control device controls a rotating motor for rotating the discharge drum to discharge the medicines from the tablet case, counts the discharged medicines based on a detecting operation of the medicine detecting sensor, and changes a discharge speed of the medicine by the discharge drum depending on a type of medicine in the tablet case.

Medicine supply apparatus and tablet case

A medicine supply apparatus for filling medicines into containers has a plurality of reception compartments into which each of a plurality of medicines are to be respectively selectively fed by a user based on prescription data stored in a processor, a discharge apparatus for discharging the medicines from each of the reception compartments, and filling apparatus for filling the medicines discharged from the reception compartments into containers. An LED lamp is identifiably related to each of the plurality of reception compartments to indicate the reception compartment into which a particular medicine is to be fed based on the prescription data and a control device controls the discharge apparatus to discharge the medicine from the reception compartment and the filling apparatus.

An object of a medicine supply apparatus which fills medicine bottles with medicines from a plurality of tablet cases is to improve a medicine filling performance and remove restrictions on the apparatus, and the apparatus comprises: a plurality of tablet cases which contain the medicines and into which the medicines can be thrown from above; a case storage section in which the respective tablet cases are juxtaposed in one stage on a plane and whose top is openably closed; and a filling device which is disposed under this case storage section and which fills the medicine bottle with the medicine dropping from each tablet case.

In a medicine supply apparatus having a plurality of tablet cases equipped in a case accommodating portion of a main body, each tablet case containing medicines, chutes into which medicines discharged from the respective table cases fall, a hopper equipped in correspondence with the lower portions of the chutes, and a charging apparatus for charging a medicine accommodating container with medicines caught by the hopper, a plurality of drawers are equipped in the case accommodating portion, the tablet cases are detachably mounted on each drawer, and each drawer is equipped so as to be freely drawn out from the case accommodating portion.

A medication filling apparatus for filling a predetermined container with medications, such as tablets, provide improved assemblability and maintainability, and permits safe and reliable filling operations, while maintaining a compact size. The medication filling apparatus is equipped with a plurality of tablet cases for accommodating medications of respective types, a plurality of hoppers provided side by side below the respective tablet cases in a corresponding manner to receive the medications dispensed therefrom, and charging means for guiding the medications dispensed from a dispensing port formed at the bottommost portion of each hopper to a predetermined container and for charging them, and is further equipped with retaining members on which the hoppers are hung, wherein the hoppers are detachably installed to the retaining members.

Solid drug filling device

A solid preparation filling apparatus for filling solid preparations such as tablets into a container and avoiding mixture with any other preparation. Each type of solid preparation is to be ejected from its respective tablet case, and the upper end inlet of a holding cell is associated with the discharge port of a hopper that receives the ejected solid preparation from the tablet case by rotating and moving the holding cells to adjust their positions so that the solid preparation falling from a tablet case is accommodated in a predetermined holding cell. When filling the solid preparation in a container, the holding cell is rotated and moved so that its outlet is matched with a chute and the holding cell shutter is opened. The holding cell and the shutter constitute a holding unit, and a plurality of holding units are mounted on the rotating plate which rotates under the hopper.

Solid preparation filling apparatus

There is disclosed a medicine supply apparatus which can improve the efficiency of a dispensing operation. The medicine supply apparatus comprises a plurality of tablet cases stored in a main body case storage part, each tablet case including a container for containing medicines, and a discharge drum for discharging the medicines one by one from the container , and the container is provided with a residual amount sensor for detecting that the residual amount of medicines in the container is lowered to indicate a predetermined value.

Apparatus for filling a solid drug, such as tablets, into a predetermined vial includes a rotary plate with a plurality of receiving sections formed on the upper surface of this rotary plate. The receiving sections are disposed under a plurality of tablet cases for receiving the solid drugs discharged from the tablet cases. Discharge orifices are formed through the bottom portions of the respective receiving sections and a chute guides the solid drugs from an orifice to a predetermined vial. A shutter opens or closes this orifice or the chute. When the solid drug is discharged from the tablet case, the rotary plate is rotated by a control device to adjust the position of the receiving section as the solid drug falling from the tablet case is dropped in the predetermined receiving section. When filing the solid drug into the vial, the rotary plate is rotated by the control device so that the discharge orifice of the receiving section coincides with the chute, and the shutter is then opened to discharge the drug through the chute into the vial.

Solid drug filling apparatus

The present invention has a purpose to provide a drug dispensing apparatus realizing an effective large-scale operation for a limited installation space. The drug dispensing apparatus, in an outline, has a main body of which top has a constitution of a case containing unit attached to the main body, a plurality of tablet cases attached to the space between the front surface of the case containing unit attached to the main body and the inside of the case containing unit attached to the main body and storing respective drugs, a shoot of the main body, attached to the back of the case containing unit attached to the main body and in which the drug discharged from respective tablet cases drops, a hopper installed in the main body corresponding to the bottom of the shoot of the main body, a door unit closing the front opening of the case containing unit attached to the main body in openable condition, a case containing unit near the door installed in the door unit, a plurality of tablet cases attached to the inside of the case containing unit attached to the door and respectively contains drugs, and a shoot attached to the door, attached to the door unit, in which the drug discharged from respective tablet cases inside the case containing unit drops, and the shoot attached to the door corresponds to the top of the hopper under the condition that the door unit has closed the case containing unit attached to the main body.

Drug dispensing apparatus

An object of the present invention is to prevent a pouch 6 from being broken when it is separated from the rest along a perforation 9 by providing the perforation 9 for separating the pouch 6 and a notch 10 for tearing the pouch, where the direction of said notch intersecting that of the perforation. A sheet of wrapping paper 1 comprises a polypropylene layer and a polyethylene layer formed on a surface of the polypropylene layer for thermal welding. The wrapping paper 1 additionally comprises a printable white layer 4 formed on the other surface of the polypropylene layer and designed to be exposed to the outside when the wrapping paper is longitudinally folded into two halves with the polyethylene layer 3 facing inside. The folded wrapping paper 1 is then thermally welded to produce a plurality of continuously arranged pouches 6 for containing doses. A thermally welded transversal edge section 7 which is perpendicular to longitudinal direction of the wrapping paper has a perforation 9 for the separation of the pouches. A notch 10 is formed at a position along the perforation 9 and in a direction intersecting that of the perforation so that the separated notch can be torn from there.

A medication packaging apparatus for packaging solid medications specified by prescriptions at a hospital, pharmacy, etc. The medication packaging apparatus is equipped with: a plurality of tablet cases which hold solid medications separately by type; a turntable which is located under the tablet cases and which turns to receive and gather the medications at the outer periphery thereof by the centrifugal force thereof; a guide which is formed around the turntable and which has a dispensing port; and a heat sealing mechanism for forming a roll of thermally weldable packaging paper into small bags in succession. The mechanism for collecting the medications which have been released from the tablet cases can be made thinner and therefore, the entire medication packaging apparatus can be made smaller.
