A battery case is disclosed. In one aspect, the battery case includes a front case and an attaching/detaching mechanism. The front case includes a first surface corresponding to a front end portion of a battery module placed in parallel to a bottom surface thereof, and a first flange portion extending toward the battery module from the periphery of the first surface, the first flange portion having an opening formed in an upper surface thereof. The attaching/detaching mechanism includes an elastic member positioned between the front case and a front end portion of the battery module, cover members respectively surrounding both ends of the elastic member, an extending member extended upward from one area of each cover member, and a press member respectively formed toward both the ends of the elastic portion at end portions of the extending member.

Battery case

A battery pack that prevents arbitrary disassembly, and yet, that can be separated, includes a battery cell, a case for accommodating the battery cell therein, and a holder enclosing the case. A first engagement portion is formed on an outer surface of the case, and a second engagement portion is formed on an inner surface of the holder for coupling with the first engagement portion.

A rechargeable battery pack including: a cell holder configured to accommodate unit battery cells; a lower case configured to accommodate the cell holder; an upper case attached to an opening of the lower case and covering the cell holder and the unit battery cells; a tab having an end portion drawn out of a through-hole of the upper case to be on an outer surface of the upper case while coupling the unit battery cells; and a terminal electrically coupled to the end portion of the tab while overlapping therewith and attached to the upper case while covering the through-hole.

Rechargeable battery pack

A battery module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of rechargeable batteries having a terminal, a holder combined to end portions of the rechargeable batteries and having a first fastening portion, and a bus bar combined to the terminal, electrically connecting the rechargeable batteries, and having a second fastening portion to be fitted into the first fastening portion.

A battery pack including a plurality of battery arrays, each battery array including unit batteries that each have a terminal, the plurality of battery arrays being stacked in a first direction; an insulator on at least one side of the battery arrays, terminals of the unit batteries being on the one side; and a sensing bar on the insulator, wherein the insulator includes at least one opening therein, at least one terminal being exposed through the at least one opening, and the sensing bar is electrically connected to the at least one terminal exposed through the at least one opening to sense a state of the battery array.
