Disclosed is herein a medical drape, and more particularly, a drape capable of preventing sprays generated from the mouth of a patient during dental treatment from being diffused by a first guard or the like to improve hygiene and fixation.

The present invention relates to a roll stamp and a method of manufacturing the same, the roll stamp including a cylindrical metal mold including a debossed pattern formed on an outer side and a hollow portion formed on an inner side, and a dummy roller inserted into the hollow portion. Because a joining portion is not formed on the entire area of the cylindrical metal mold, a problem in which edge regions are separated does not occur. Also, due to the absence of the joining portion, it is possible to perform a patterning process continuously.

Provided are a current collector for a battery, including: a base material; adhesive layers positioned on the base material; and metal mesh layers positioned on the adhesive layers, in which the metal mesh layer includes a plurality of metal mesh patterns, and holes positioned between the metal mesh patterns, and a method of manufacturing the same. An active material is applied onto the metal mesh layer through the holes of the metal mesh layer, and thus a contact area of the metal mesh layer and the active material is increased, so that it is possible to restrict the active material from being deintercalated from the current collector and improve a cycle lifespan property of a battery.

The present invention provides an apparatus for treating the surface of a radome, comprising: a rotary driving unit; a vacuum suction unit; a vertical driving unit; and a surface treatment unit. The rotary driving unit comprises: a rotary shaft; and a driving motor, installed at a predetermined portion spaced apart from the rotary shaft. The vacuum suction unit comprises: a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders positioned on the rotary shaft in the circumferential direction; and a suction plate equipped at an end of a piston rod of each of the first hydraulic cylinders. The vertical driving unit comprises: a mounting plate having a hole formed in the central portion thereof. The surface treatment unit comprises: a support column vertically installed on a predetermined portion spaced apart from the mounting plate; and a support arm.

A correction device used for a dental implant device includes a jig formed at the center of the upper portion with a receiving hole having a sleeve on the inner circumferential surface, a solid screw having a head and a coupling screw and being transferred to the receiving hole, the head formed with a second sleeve resting groove corresponding to the sleeve of the receiving hole, the coupling screw integrally formed at the other side of the head, an abutment penetratingly coupled to the coupling screw of the solid screw and formed with a first sleeve resting groove on the outer circumferential surface, the groove corresponding to the sleeve of the receiving hole, a dental analog body formed at the end portion with a coupler coupled to the abutment and at the center with a pass-through hole, and an analog screw formed at the inside with a female screw coupled to the dental analog body and the coupling screw of the solid screw at the same time.

Dental implant device and correction device therefor

The present invention relates to a dental implant device. A fixture is provided with an abutment coupler at the upper portion of a commercialized fixture type. The abutment coupler has a female screw formed inside, and is formed at the lower portion with an implant screw. An abutment is formed at the lower portion with a first coupler and at the upper portion with a second coupler. The first coupler is coupled to the abutment coupler, and provided with a first sleeve resting groove on the outer circumferential surface of the second coupler. A solid screw is formed at the lower portion with a coupling screw and at the upper portion with a head. The head has a second sleeve resting groove formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, in which sleeves formed inside an artificial tooth crown are press-fittingly coupled to the first and the second sleeve resting grooves.

Disclosed is a dental implant which is implanted into an edentulous site of the jawbone to function as a substitute for a lost tooth. The dental implant according to the present invention includes: a fixture having a screw coupling hole formed at the inside thereof along the central axis thereof by a predetermined depth, the fixture being opened at the upper end thereof, and a threaded screw part formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; an abutment secured to the upper end of the fixture and having a locking slit formed at the upper portion of the outer circumferential surface thereof; a screw coupled to the screw coupling hole of the fixture through the abutment and having a sleeve inserting groove formed at the upper portion thereof to be connected to the locking slit of the abutment; and a locking sleeve fitted into both the locking slit of the abutment and the sleeve inserting groove of the screw.

Dental implant structure

Disclosed is a method for improving the wear- and corrosion-resistance of a chromium-plated steel substrate by heat-treating the chromium-plated steel substrate under optimum conditions to inhibit a drop in corrosion-resistance of a steel substrate due to fine cracks formed at a chromium layer, and to improve a hardness of the chromium layer. The heat-treating method comprises the steps of: plating the chromium layer onto the steel substrate; and heating the chromium-plated steel substrate in an oxidizing gas environment at above atmospheric pressure to form oxidized layers containing magnetite (FeO) on the surface of the steel substrate, the surface of the steel substrate being partly exposed to the air through penetrating cracks formed in the chromium layer. In accordance with the heat-treating method, the chromium-plated steel substrate having excellent corrosion- and wear-resistance can be easily obtained by plating chromium onto the steel substrate, followed by oxidizing the chromium-plated steel substrate. In addition, the heat-treating method contributes to fewer defects, low manufacturing costs and long life span of chromium plating-related products.
