Proposed is a disconnector apparatus including: a support ring provided in a differential casing and configured to support a pinion gear mounted therein; a clutch ring configured to be coupled to or decoupled from the support ring in the differential casing; an actuator including an armature provided at an outer side of the differential casing opposite to the clutch ring, the actuator being configured to couple the clutch ring and the support ring by pulling, with an electromagnetic force, the armature connected to the clutch ring by an application rod; and an elastic member coupled to a portion of the application rod in the differential casing and having one end in contact with the differential casing and the other end in contact with the clutch ring to elastically support the clutch ring.

Disconnector apparatus

The present invention provides a disconnector apparatus including: a support ring provided in a differential casing and configured to support a pinion gear mounted therein; a clutch ring having one end penetrating the differential casing, provided in the differential casing, and configured to be coupled to or decoupled from the support ring; an actuator configured to press the other end of the clutch ring to couple the support ring and the clutch ring; and an elastic member coupled to an exposed portion of the clutch ring positioned outside the differential casing, the elastic member having one end in contact with the differential casing and the other end in contact with the actuator.

Provided is a method of setting a neutral position of each speed-range shift rail for accurate gear-shifting in a transmission gear actuator. The method includes a reference neutral position determination step of determining a reference neutral position as an absolutely neutral position by reciprocating a shift finger in a free-range shift rail, and a speed-range neutral position determination step of determining a neutral position of each speed-range shift rail by reciprocating a control finger in the speed-range shift rail. Since the neutral position of each speed-range shift rail is set through the above method, it is possible to perform more accurate gear-shifting and prevent incomplete gear engagement by performing the gear-shifting at the neutral position of each speed-range shift rail.

Method of setting neutral positions in transmission gear actuator

Disclosed herein is a gear actuator for a double clutch transmission. A power pack module is formed of a select solenoid, a shift motor, and a controller. Therefore, a wiring is omitted, so that defects pertaining to the wiring can be prevented, and the structure of the gear actuator is compact. Various parts can be used in common so that the production cost and the part management cost can be reduced.

Disclosed herein is gear actuator for dual clutch transmission, including: a driving motor having a driving shaft formed with gear part, a pair of first and second gears gear-coupled to the gear part, first and second guide cams respectively connected to the first and second gears to rotate, a first power transfer unit transferring or cutting off the power from the driving motor to the first guide cam according to rotating direction of the first gear, a second power transfer unit transferring or cutting off the power from the driving motor to the second guide cam according to rotating direction of the second gear, a first finger shaft linearly moved by rotation of the first guide cam and performing a selection operation of an odd-numbered stage, and a second finger shaft linearly moved by rotation of the second guide cam and performing a selection operation of an even-numbered stage.

The controller includes: a main controller which operates according to an input signal from a microprocessor, a game time switch manipulator, or an offense limit time switch manipulator, judges whether the game remaining time is left equal to or more than twenty-four seconds, or less than twenty-four seconds, allows the input signal from the microprocessor, the game time switch manipulator, or the offense limit time switch manipulator if the game remaining time is left equal to or more than twenty-four seconds in the judgement result, and blocks the input signal from the microprocessor, the game time switch manipulator, or the offense limit time switch manipulator if the game remaining time is left less than twenty-four seconds in the judgement result; and an output terminal which interfaces with the main controller, and transfers the offense limit time to a basketball game remaining time electronic signboard on which the basketball game remaining time is continuously displayed, according to a control signal from the main controller, in the case that the game remaining time is left less than twenty-four seconds.
