This plated steel material includes a steel sheet, a plated layer formed on the steel sheet, and an oxide layer formed on the plated layer, in which the plated layer has a chemical composition containing, by mass %, 1.0 to 60.0% of Al, 1.0 to 15.0% of Mg, 0 to 2.0% of Si, 0 to 2.0% of Ca, and 0 to 2.0% of Fe, and a remainder being of Zn and impurities, the oxide layer has a thickness of 5 nm or more, and a (Al+Mg)/Zn intensity ratio that is the ratio of the total of the maximum intensity of Al and the maximum intensity of Mg to the maximum intensity of Zn in energy dispersive X-ray analysis of the oxide layer is 1.0 or more, and the oxide layer includes an amorphous microstructure.

Zn—Al—Mg plated checkered steel plate

A hot-dip plated steel sheet has a plating layer, in which the plating layer contains Al: more than 30.0% and 50.0% or less, Mg: more than 5.0% and 15.0% or less, Si: more than 0.5% and 1.0% or less when Al is more than 30.0% and less than 35.0%, and 0.03% or more and 1.0% or less when Al is 35.0% or more and 50.0% or less, Fe: 0% or more and 5.0% or less, and a remainder consisting of Zn and impurities, and, in an X-ray diffraction pattern of a surface of the plating layer, Iobtained from X-ray diffraction peaks of Zn, Al, and MgZnis 0.10 or less and Iobtained from an X-ray diffraction peak of AlOSi is 1.05 or more.

Hot-dip plated steel sheet

This metallic coated steel includes a steel material and a metallic coating layer. The metallic coating layer has an average chemical composition including Al: 0.2% to less than 4.0%, Mg: more than 4.0% and less than 12.5%, Ca: 0.15% to less than 3.00%, Zn: 65% or more, and impurities. In an any perpendicular cross section (in a thickness direction) in the metallic coating layer, a metallurgical structure observed in a scanning electron microscope observed visual field contains, in terms of area fraction, an MgZnphase: 10 to 40%, an Al—Zn phase: 0 to 15%, an Al phase: (Zn<10%): 0 to 5%, a CaZnphase: 1.0 to 15%, and a total of a [ternary eutectic structure of Al/MgZn/Zn] and a [binary eutectic structure of MgZn/Zn]: 30% or more.

Metallic coated steel

A hot-dip plated steel material has a plating layer on a surface of a steel material, in which the plating layer contains Al: more than 22.5% and 50.0% or less, Mg: more than 3.0% and 15.0% or less, Ca: 0.03 to 0.6%, Si: 0.03 to 1.0%, Fe: 2 to 25%, and a remainder consisting of Zn and impurities, and, in an X-ray diffraction pattern of a surface of the plating layer, measured under conditions in which an X-ray output is a voltage of 50 kV and a current of 300 mA using a Cu-Kα ray, Iobtained from an X-ray diffraction peak of AlFeis 1.1 or more, and Iobtained from X-ray diffraction peaks of Zn, Al, and MgZnis 0.25 or less.

Hot-dip plated steel material

A hot-rolled steel sheet which has excellent rigidity along with high strength, excellent workability, and excellent LME resistance is provided. A hot-rolled steel sheet of the present embodiment consists of, in mass %, C: 0.040 to 0.120%, Si: 0.01 to 0.60%, Mn: 0.50 to 1.50%, P: 0.025% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Al: 0.010 to 0.070%, N: 0.0070% or less, Ti: 0.055 to 0.200%, and B: 0.0010 to 0.0050%, with the balance being Fe and impurities. In the microstructure of the hot-rolled steel sheet, an area fraction of bainitic ferrite is 85% or more and the dislocation density is 8.0×10to 100.0×10/m. The average equivalent circular diameter of Ti carbides in the hot-rolled steel sheet is 10 nm or less, and the average equivalent circular diameter of grains of the bainitic ferrite is 15 μm or less.

Hot-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip coated steel sheet, and method for producing hot-rolled steel sheet

A plated steel sheet comprises a plated layer on a surface of a steel sheet, in which in the plated layer, the total amount ΣA of Sn, Bi, and In is less than 0.75%, the total amount ΣB of Ca, Y, La, and Ce is 0.03 to 0.60%, the total amount ΣC of Cr, Ti, Ni, Co, V, Nb, Cu, and Mn is 0 to 1.00%, Sn≤Si, and 20.0≤Mg/Si are satisfied, and in an X-ray diffraction pattern of a surface of the plated layer, an X-ray diffraction peak of AlZnCa, an X-ray diffraction peak of CaZn, and an X-ray diffraction peak of η'-MgZnsatisfy a predetermined relationship.

Plated steel sheet

A plated steel material having a plating layer having an average chemical composition containing, in mass %, Zn: more than 50.00%, Al: more than 15.0% and less than 30.0%, Mg: more than 5.0% and less than 15.0%, and Si: 0.25% or more and less than 3.50%, and impurities, and wherein a total amount (ΣA) of at least one selected from the group consisting of Sn, Bi and In is less than 1.00%, a total amount (ΣB) of at least one selected from the group consisting of Ca, Y, La, Ce and Sr is 0.02% or more and less than 0.60%, 2.0≤SMg/Si<20.0 (Formula 1), 3.0≤Si/ΣB<24.0 (Formula 2), and 26.0≤(Si/ΣB)×(Mg/Si)<375.0 (Formula 3) are satisfied, and in an X-ray diffraction pattern of the surface of the plating layer, a diffraction intensity ratio R1 defined by R1={I(16.18°)+I(32.69°)}/I(27.0°) (Formula 4) satisfies 2.5<R1 (Formula 5) is used.

Plated steel material

A surface-treated metal material includes a metal sheet, a plating layer formed on the metal sheet and containing aluminum, magnesium, and zinc, and a composite coating formed on a surface of the plating layer, the composite coating including an organic silicon compound, one or two of a zirconium compound and a titanium compound, a phosphoric acid compound, a fluorine compound, and a vanadium compound, wherein, when a surface of the composite coating is analyzed at a spot size of φ30 μm using micro-fluorescent X-rays, a maximum value of V/Zn, which is a mass ratio of a V content to a Zn content, is 0.010 to 0.100.

Surface-treated metal material

The plated steel material is a plated steel material including a steel material and a plating layer provided on the surface of the steel material, wherein the plating layer has a predetermined average chemical composition, when the amount of Mg is % Mg and the amount of Al is % Al, % Mg/% Al is 0.80 or more, and a metal structure in a total field of view of 25,000 μmin a vertical cross section which is a cross section in a thickness direction of the plating layer includes 10 to 40 area % of a MgZnphase, 10 to 30 area % of an Al—Zn phase with a Zn content of 10% or more, 0 to 15 area % of an Al phase with a Zn content of less than 10%, and 25 area % or more of an Al/MgZn/Zn ternary eutectic structure.

A coated steel product including a base steel, and a coating layer containing a Zn&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Mg alloy layer disposed on a surface of the base steel, in which the coating layer has a predetermined chemical composition, the coated steel product including dendrite-shaped MgZnphase having a surface roughness Sa of 50 nm or less on a surface of the Zn&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Mg alloy layer, an area ratio of the dendrite-shaped MgZnphase having a surface roughness Sa of 50 nm or less being from 30% to 80% within a region of an observable field of view of 5 mm, and among the dendrite-shaped MgZnphase having a surface roughness Sa of 50 nm or less, a number of dendrite-shaped MgZnphase having an area ofmmor more being from 5 to 100 within a region of an observable field of view of 25 mm.

Coated steel product

A hot-dip plated steel includes a base steel and a hot-dip plating layer on a surface of the base steel, a chemical composition of the hot-dip plating layer contains, by mass %, Al: 10.00% to 30.00%, Mg: 3.00% to 12.00%, Sn: 0% to 2.00%, Si: 0% to 2.50%, Ca: 0% to 3.00%, Ni: 0% or more and less than 0.25%, Fe: 0% to 5.00%, and the like, a remainder includes Zn and impurities, a metallographic structure of the hot-dip plating layer contains 5 to 45 area % of an &#x3b1; phase having a grain diameter of 0.5 to 2 &#x3bc;m, the metallographic structure of the hot-dip plating layer contains 15 to 70 area % of a MgZnphase, and, among the &#x3b1; phases having the grain diameter of 0.5 to 2 &#x3bc;m, an area ratio of an &#x3b1; phase having a (111)&#x3b1;//(0001)MgZnorientation relationship to the adjacent MgZnphase is 25% to 100%.

Hot-dip plated steel

A surface-treated steel sheet of the present invention includes a base steel sheet and a Ni&#x2014;Co&#x2014;Fe alloy-plated layer on at least one surface of the base steel sheet, in which, in the alloy-plated layer, a Ni coating weight is 7.1 to 32.5 g/m, a Co coating weight is 0.65 to 5.2 g/m, and a total of the Ni coating weight and the Co coating weight is in a range of 9.0 to 35.0 g/m. In an outermost layer of the alloy-plated layer, a Co concentration is in a range of 20 to 60 atom %, and a Fe concentration is in a range of 5 to 30 atom %. In the alloy-plated layer, a region having a thickness of 2 &#x3bc;m or more, in which a total of a Ni concentration and the Co concentration is 10 atom % or more and the Fe concentration is 5 atom % or more, is present, and the base steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, and a ferrite grain size number is 9.0 or more.

Surface-treated steel sheet and method for manufacturing surface-treated steel sheet

A coated steel material including: a base steel, and a coating layer containing a Zn&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Mg alloy layer disposed on a surface of the base steel, wherein the coating layer has a predetermined chemical composition, and, in a backscattered electron image of the Zn&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Mg alloy layer that is obtained at a time of observing the surface of the Zn&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Mg alloy layer after polishing to &#xbd; of the layer thickness, under a scanning electron microscope at a magnification of 100&#xd7;, Al crystals are present, and the average value of the cumulative circumferential length of the Al crystals is 88 to 195 mm/mm.

Coated steel material
