Described is sports upper clothing which as an improved cooling function and which includes a front body, a back body, and sleeves. In embodiments, each sleeve has a front portion located on a same side as the front body and a back portion located on a same side as the back body. The back portion is made of a fabric having a breathability value and the front portion has breathability value that is greater than the breathability value of the back portion.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an upper body garment that is capable of facilitating the action of raising the arms while reducing the activities of muscles by preventing unnecessary restriction of the muscles. The upper body garment is characterized in that a low stretchable portion is disposed in a predetermined area of the back side of the garment. The predetermined area extends from one end side to the opposite end side in the width direction of the back side of the garment and contains at least areas in which the inferior angles of the right and left scapulas are respectively displaced during raising the arms. The low stretchable portion has a stretching ratio smaller in the width direction of the back side than an area near at least a neck portion of the back side.

The invention provides tights that are capable of efficiently training the psoas major while preventing discomfort of wearing the tights due to the high elastic portions provided over an area in which no load for the psoas major is required. There are provided tights characterized in that it includes a high elastic portion that is formed in a predetermined area of a back side of the tights, which area corresponding to a region of the buttocks and the posterior thigh of the human body in which the skin of the region is stretched greatly when the femoral region of the human body is lifted, the high elastic portion being higher in elastic modulus in the height direction than the area of the back side of the tights other than the predetermined area and an area of a front side of the tights corresponding to at least the abdomen and the anterior thigh.
