The invention includes first and second motors, first and second differential mechanisms, and first to eighth decoupling mechanisms. The first and second motors transmit power to left and right wheels. First differential mechanisms distribute the power from the first and second motors. The first and second mechanisms are interposed between the first differential mechanism and the left front wheel and between the differential mechanism and the left rear wheel. The third and fourth decoupling mechanisms are interposed between the first motor and the first decoupling mechanism and between the first motor and the second decoupling mechanism. The fifth and sixth decoupling mechanisms are interposed between the second differential mechanism and the right front wheel and the right rear wheel, respectively. The seventh and eighth decoupling mechanisms are interposed between the second motor and the fifth decoupling mechanism and between the second motor and the sixth decoupling mechanism.

A hydraulic control apparatus includes an output-side oil passage into which oil from a first oil passage and oil from a second oil passage flow, and a pressure regulating check valve regulating a hydraulic pressure in the second oil passage. The pressure regulating check valve includes first and second elastic portions housed in a spool hole between a valve body and a bottom of the spool hole. A natural length of the second elastic portion is shorter than a distance between the valve body and the bottom when the valve body closes an inflow hole. The second elastic portion applies an elastic force to the valve body in a state in which the valve body opens the inflow hole.

A shift control device includes a hydraulic circuit and a control unit. The hydraulic circuit is provided with multiple actuation valves. The control unit is configured to switch positions or states of each of the multiple actuation valves in accordance with a shift position command by a shift operation device. Shift control device

In a hydraulic control device, a first valve device is brought into an open state when a first value obtained by subtracting a value of a pressure in the first output side oil passage from a value of a pressure in the second output side oil passage is equal to or larger than a first threshold value. A second valve device is brought into an open state when an oil pressure in a third connection oil passage is equal to or larger than a second threshold value, and is brought into a closed state when the oil pressure in the third connection oil passage is smaller than the second threshold value. The first value is equal to or larger than the first threshold value and the first valve device is in the open state when the second valve device is in the closed state.

Hydraulic control device

A shift control device includes: a hydraulic circuit, an actuation valve, a control unit, and a pressure holding valve. The hydraulic circuit is provided with a supply oil passage coupled to a hydraulic oil supply source, a drain oil passage coupled to a tank, and an actuator oil passage coupled to a travel actuator. The actuation valve is provided in the hydraulic circuit and couples the actuator oil passage to the supply oil passage or the drain oil passage. The control unit switches the actuation valve in accordance with a shift position command of a shift operation device. The pressure holding valve is provided in the drain oil passage and holds a pressure of the drain oil passage at a predetermined pressure.

A damper device is disposed between an engine and a transmission and has a torque distribution mechanism that is provided with a first input element connected to the engine, a second input element connected to the engine via an elastic member, a first output element connected to the transmission, and a second output element connected to the transmission. The damper device further has a first clutch that is disposed between the first output element and the transmission, and is switched between an engaged state of connecting the first output element to the transmission and a released state of disconnecting the first output element from the transmission, and a second clutch that is disposed between the second output element and the transmission, and is switched between an engaged state of connecting the second output element to the transmission and a released state of disconnecting the second output element from the transmission.

A damper device is provided between an engine and a transmission and has a torque distribution mechanism that is provided with a first input element connected to the engine, a second input element connected to the engine via a first elastic member, a first output element connected to transmission, and a second output element connected to the transmission via a second elastic member. A damper device is disposed between an engine and a transmission. The damper device includes a differential mechanism. The differential mechanism includes a first input element connected to the engine, a second input element connected to the engine, and an outputting element connected to the transmission. The damper device also includes a first spring disposed between the engine and the first input element, an inertia member disposed between the first spring and the first input element, and a second spring disposed between the transmission and the outputting element.

The differential unit with a limited slip differential mechanism of the present invention comprises a planetary gear mechanism for torque distribution of drive torque inputted to an input shaft from an engine between a front drive shaft and a rear drive shaft, and a multiple disc clutch for limiting differential rotation of the planetary gear mechanism, wherein, when a clutch plate receiving clutch engaging force applied to the multiple disc clutch is fixed to a side surface of a planetary carrier of the planetary gear mechanism, pins are formed on the ends of bolts for fixing the planetary carrier, and positioning and fixing is carried out by fitting the pins into check holes formed in the clutch plate.
