A capacitor module includes a capacitor element, a plurality of connection terminals for electrically connecting the capacitor element to a semiconductor module and a power supply that are another equipment, and an exterior coating that includes a resin film having electrical insulating property and wraps the capacitor element except the plurality of connection terminals.

Capacitor module and power conversion apparatus

A power module is applied to an electric power conversion device in which multiple upper-lower arm circuits are connected to an electric power line in parallel. The power module includes the multiple upper-lower arm circuits; a capacitor connected to each of the multiple upper-lower arm circuits in parallel; an upper wiring that connects an upper arm and a positive electrode terminal of the capacitor; a lower wiring that connects a lower arm and a negative electrode of the capacitor; an upper electric power wiring that is an electric power wiring connected to the electric power line and connects a high potential line of the electric power line and the upper wiring; and a lower electric power wiring that is an electric power wiring connected to the electric power line and connects a lower potential line of the electric power line and the lower wiring.

There is provided a port closing device for a compressor which is fixed to a housing of the compressor by a bolt and includes a packing and a cap. The packing closes a suction port or a discharge port formed in the housing. The packing has a first end, a second end and a peripheral surface formed between the first end and the second end. The first end of the packing has a flat seal portion that is in contact with a surface of the housing surrounding the port. The cap has a holding portion that presses the peripheral surface of the packing for holding the packing, and a pressing portion that presses the second end of the packing. The pressing portion of the cap has therethrough a hole.

A diaphragm pump for pumping a fluid includes a diaphragm and a driver. The diaphragm has a first surface and a second surface. The driver includes a support portion and is connected to the diaphragm via the support portion. The driver is reciprocated to deform the diaphragm thereby performing a pumping action. The support portion includes a first supporting surface for supporting the first surface and a second supporting surface for supporting the second surface. The support portion allows the diaphragm to slidingly move along an interval between the first and second supporting surfaces when the diaphragm is deformed.

A fluid pump system has a cover, a fluid pump and a conduit. An inside of the cover is divided into a main chamber and a sub chamber. The fluid pump is accommodated in the main chamber. The conduit extends from the fluid pump to an outside of the cover through the sub chamber.

Fluid pump system

A fluid pump includes a housing, a drive source, a rotary unit and a pumping mechanism. The drive source is accommodated in the housing and includes a rotary member for rotation. The rotary unit includes the rotary member and a rotary shaft, which is operatively connected to the rotary member for rotation. The rotary unit forming an engaging portion for engaging with a maintenance tool which is prepared outside the housing. The pumping mechanism is placed in the housing and is operated in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft. An allowing means is formed in the housing for allowing the maintenance tool to engage with the engaging portion so as to face the engaging portion. The rotary shaft is rotated by rotating the maintenance tool in a state that the maintenance tool is engaged with the engaged portion.

Fluid pump

A vacuum pump having a rotary shaft that is rotated by a drive source has a main pump and a sub pump. The main pump includes a pump chamber and a gas transferring body that is located in the pump chamber. The main pump is driven by the drive source through the rotary shaft for transferring gas to an exhaust space. The sub pump is connected to the exhaust space for partially exhausting the gas from the exhaust space. The sub pump is driven by the same drive source. The displacement volume of the sub pump is smaller than that of the main pump.

Vacuum pump having main and sub pumps

A roots pump has a housing, a plurality of rotary shafts, a rotor, a confluent passage and a closed space. The housing forms therein a pump chamber. The rotary shafts are supported on the housing in parallel relation to each other. The rotor is mounted on each of the rotary shafts, and the rotors on any adjacent rotary shafts are in engagement with each other. A set of the engaged rotors is accommodated in the pump chamber. The confluent passage is formed along one crossing line of paired imaginary swept peripheral surfaces in one-to-one correspondence with the paired and engaged rotors. The closed space is formed in one-to-one correspondence with each of the paired rotors between the paired rotors and paired peripheral wall surfaces which form the pump chamber. The closed space initially joins the confluent passage from a terminal end thereof with rotation of the paired rotors.

Roots pump

A diaphragm unit includes a diaphragm and a diaphragm case. The diaphragm has a center point and an outer peripheral portion. The diaphragm case includes a fixing surface and a regulating surface. The fixing surface supports the diaphragm at the outer peripheral portion thereof, thereby defining a fluid chamber in the diaphragm case. The regulating surface forms an inner surface of the fluid chamber, thereby providing a limit of deformation of the diaphragm. The regulating surface has a convex surface region and a concave surface region. The convex surface region is formed continuously with the fixing surface for supporting the diaphragm at a portion thereof adjacent to the outer peripheral portion. The concave surface region is formed continuously with the convex surface region for supporting the diaphragm at a portion thereof adjacent to the center point. Curvatures of the convex and concave surface regions are the same.

Diaphragm unit

A Roots pump rotates a plurality of rotors by a pair of rotary shafts to draw gas. Each rotary shaft extends through a rear housing member of the Roots pump. An annular shaft seal is fitted around each rotary shaft and is received in a recess formed in the rear housing member. A labyrinth seal is located between an end surface of each shaft seal and the bottom of the associated recess. A resin layer is firmly attached to the end surface of each shaft seal. As a result, oil is reliably prevented from leaking into a pump chamber.
