A superconducting coil device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: A superconducting coil device including: a bobbin having a tubular body; superconducting wires, a part of which constitutes a wound portion where the superconducting wires are wound on the bobbin; a bobbin-side guide portion holding the superconducting wires extending from the bobbin, the bobbin-side guide portion being provided to extend in a bobbin axial direction, which is an axial direction of the body of the bobbin; a first guide portion holding the superconducting wires extending from the bobbin-side guide portion, the first guide portion being arranged on an outer side of the bobbin-side guide portion in a direction intersecting the bobbin axial direction and provided to extend in the direction intersecting the bobbin axial direction; and a second guide portion capable of holding the superconducting wires extending from the first guide portion, the second guide portion being provided to extend in a direction intersecting the direction of extension of the first guide portion, in which the superconducting wires are constituted of a plurality of wires connected in series, and a connection portion between the wires is fixed to at least either one of the first guide portion and the second guide portion.

Superconducting coil device

A persistent current switch includes a superconducting wire including a substrate and a superconducting layer disposed on the substrate, and a heater. The superconducting wire includes a surface including a first portion and a second portion that are disposed apart from each other along a longitudinal direction of the superconducting wire. The first portion and the second portion face each other. The heater is sandwiched between the first portion and the second portion.

Persistent current switch and superconducting device

To provide a superconducting magnet apparatus with a structure which can prevent an increase in apparatus size even when a number of connection portions serving to connect superconducting wires is great. The superconducting magnet apparatus includes a first wiring-holding portion (tubular body ()) extending from a bobbin () in an axial direction of a superconducting coil () and a second wiring-holding portion (joint plate ()) which is provided on a same side in the axial direction as the tubular body (), extends in a direction intersecting with the axial direction, and has a greater diameter than that of the bobbin () and the tubular body (). Superconducting magnet apparatus

There is provided a superconducting magnet device that suppresses interference of a part of a tape wire wound around a center axis with another adjacent part. The number of unit wire layer turns of a first coil among the plurality of first coils is smaller than a mean value of the respective numbers of unit wire layer turns of the plurality of first coils, the number of unit wire layer turns of each of the first coils being expressed by a mean value of the respective numbers of turns of the tape wire in the plurality of wire layers, the first coil being disposed at such a position that compressive force acting on the first coil in a direction in which the center axis extends is the largest on the assumption that the respective numbers of unit wire layer turns of the plurality of first coils were the same.

Superconducting magnet device

A magnetic field generation apparatus includes a main coil and a variable-current correction coil. The main coil is formed by winding a ReBCO-based superconductive wire rod and generates a magnetic field in a measurement space. The variable-current correction coil is variable in a value of a current, coaxial with the main coil and disposed inside the main coil, and generates a magnetic field which corrects a uniformity of the magnetic field generated by the main coil.

Magnetic field generation device

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for protecting a superconducting coil, which method prevents damage to the superconducting coil caused by a quench or the like, in a new way, without using a voltage (a change in voltage) generated in the superconducting coil. Provided is the method for protecting a superconducting coil made by winding tape-like superconducting wire having a superconducting layer. Power from a power supply is shut off based on the magnitude of a screening field, which is a difference between a measured magnetic field B in a direction of a thickness of the superconducting wire at a predetermined position, and a magnetic field Bcal in the direction of the thickness of the superconducting wire calculated disregarding an effect of screening current.
