In a fuse circuit body according to an embodiment, electricity generated by an alternator is supplied to a first battery from an alternator connecting portion via a first fusible portion and a first battery connecting portion and supplied to a second battery from the alternator connecting portion via a second fusible portion and a second battery connecting portion. Thus, the electricity from the alternator is supplied to the first battery only via the first fusible portion and supplied to the second battery only via the second fusible portion. Accordingly, the electricity supplied from the alternator to the first battery or the second battery is not required to pass through two fusible portions so that the electricity can be supplied to the first battery and the second battery with a small loss.

Fuse circuit body for vehicle

In a fuse unit that includes a bus bar whose bend parts separated from each other are arranged in parallel, and one pair of divided bodies formed by being divided into one side and the other side of the bus bar with the bend parts exposed, and in which the one pair of divided bodies is arranged into an L-letter shape by being bent at the bend parts, a partition wall that is to be arranged between the bend parts in a state of leaving the bend parts bent is provided on one divided body.

Fuse unit

A first battery connecting end, an alternator connecting end and a second battery connecting end of a circuit body are located at an upper surface portion of a unit body.

Provided is an assembly structure of an electrical junction box which makes it possible to fit an electrical component attachment block into an insulation case without provision of a lock mechanism. Included are a housing () provided in an insulation case () and configured to house an electrical component attachment block (); contact walls () provided in an inner wall of the housing (), and configured to come into contact with the housed electrical component attachment block (); a terminal receiving portion () provided to the insulation case (), on which to place a connection terminal (); and a fastening module () configure to screw-fix the connection terminal () placed on the terminal receiving portion () to a conduction bus bar () in the electrical component attachment block () housed in the housing (). The electrical component attachment block () is fitted into the insulation case () by fixing the connection terminal () to the conductor bus bar () by use of the fastening module () with the electrical component attachment block () put in contact with the contact walls ().

Assembly structure of electrical junction box

An alternator connecting bolt of an alternator connecting end has a diameter different from that of a second battery connecting bolt of a second battery connecting end.

A fuse unit includes a unit body and an auxiliary fuse unit. The unit body includes a bus bar provided with a power supply connector, first output connectors and second output connectors and fusible members, and an insulation protector provided on the periphery of the bus bar. The auxiliary fuse unit includes an auxiliary bus bar provided with an auxiliary power supply connector and an auxiliary output connector and is detachably installed to the unit body.

The busbar unit includes a first busbar having a substrate section provided with first fusible portions, and a first plate section that extends from the substrate section; a second busbar having a substrate section provided with a second fusible portion, and a second plate section overlapped with the first plate section; and an insulating housing section that accommodates the plate sections in a state in which the plate sections are overlapped with each other. The first plate section is provided with a retainer that fixes the first and second plate sections so that the first and second plate sections are not displaced in either a direction in which the first and second plate sections approach each other, or a direction in which the first and second plate sections are overlapped with each other.

Busbar unit

A fusible link unit includes a conductive bus-bar having a fusible portion, a resin housing molded integrally with the bus-bar and including a locking projection, and an exposing window portion for exposing the fusible portion, such that the resin cover is capable of being locked to the locking projection so as to cover the fusible portion, where a half-fitting prevention projection is provided at a periphery of the exposing window portion to prevent half-fitting while suppressing an increase in projection costs.
