There is disclosed a product for attracting and destroying insects which comprises an active-substance-comprising bait layer () together with a bait substance and an insecticide. The active-substance-comprising bait layer () furthermore comprises a superdisintegrant whose effect is that, upon the use of the product in an environment with high atmospheric humidity, the active-substance-comprising bait layer (1) does not run.

The invention relates to a dispenser for a volatile substance (), which contains a reservoir () and two control elements.
