Also disclosed herein is a liquid pharmaceutical formulation substantially free of water and ethanol, comprising: (i) amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (ii) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, and (iii) a sufficient amount of a vehicle comprising glycerin.
