A method of operating a first wireless communication device includes transmitting a first message toward one or more wireless devices including a second wireless device, the first message indicating a need of the first wireless communication device to use shared network resources, receiving an indication from the second wireless device that it has available resources, utilizing the available resources of the second wireless device, transmitting a second message toward the one or more wireless devices, the second message comprising an entry for inclusion in a distributed transaction ledger of utilized resources that is shared among the one or more wireless devices, the entry indicating utilization of the available resources of the second wireless device by the first wireless communication device, and storing the entry in a local copy of the distributed transaction ledger.

Resource sharing for cooperative communications

There is disclosed a method of operating a beam-forming wireless communication system, the system has a plurality of radio nodes, an actor neural network being associated to each radio node, wherein further to each actor neural network, there is associated a critic network. A method for performing a beamformed transmission and/or reception in a wireless communication using an antenna array comprising a first sub-array of first antenna elements each having a first polarization and a second sub-array of second antenna elements each having a second polarization that is orthogonal to the first polarization is provided. Embodiments include methods for operating a network node in a wireless network. Such embodiments include applying non-linear precoding to a first data stream to remove a representation of expected inter-stream interference due to a second data stream, thereby generating a corrected first data stream. Such embodiments also include applying linear precoding to the corrected first data stream and to a first reference signal (RS) stream to generate a first signal layer. The first RS stream is not corrected for the expected inter-stream interference prior to applying the linear precoding. Such embodiments also include transmitting the first signal layer to a user equipment (UE). Other embodiments include complementary methods performed by a UE, as well as network nodes and UEs configured to perform operations corresponding to such methods.

Methods for reference signal mapping in non-linear precoding MIMO transmission

Methods performed by network nodes in a radio access network may be provided. A first network node may receive an identification of data models supported by a second network node. Each of the identified data models may include a data model for calculating a compact representation of data collected, at least one correlation parameter, and an accuracy metric. The first network node may transmit a request that the second network node calculate an identified one of the data models. The first network node may receive the calculated data model from the second network node. The first network node may evaluate the received calculated data model based on determining whether the received calculated data model correlates to at least one correlation parameter.

Methods for data model sharing for a radio access network and related infrastructure

In a first method, a wireless device estimates a delay profile of a channel impulse response, CIR, for a channel between a network node and the wireless device, compresses the delay profile using a compression function, and transmits the compressed delay profile. The compression function includes a first function and a quantizer. The first function is configured to receive input data and reduce a dimension of the input data. In a second method, a network node receives a compressed delay profile of CIR for a channel between a network node and a wireless device, decompresses the compressed delay profile using a decompression function, and estimates a position of the wireless device based on at least the decompressed delay profile. The decompression function includes a first function which is configured to receive input data and provide output data in a higher dimensional space than the input data.

Embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a network node for handling communication in a wireless communication network. The network node selects a precoder given a channel based on output of a trained computational model, trained with approximated precoders or channel matrices mapped to preferred precoders, and transmits data over the channel using the selected precoder.
