A flow path member for a heat exchanger includes: an inner cylinder capable of housing a heat recovery member through which a first fluid can flow; an outer cylinder having a feed port capable of feeding a second fluid and a discharge port capable of discharging the second fluid, the outer cylinder being disposed so as to be spaced on a radially outer side of the inner cylinder such that a flow path for the second fluid is formed between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder; a feed pipe connected to the feed port; and a discharge pipe connected to the discharge port. The feed port and the discharge port are provided so as to be located in a distance of less than half the circumference of the outer cylinder in a circumferential direction.

A heat recovery device includes: a honeycomb structure including an outer peripheral wall having at least one outer peripheral surface, and partition walls arranged on an inner side of the outer peripheral wall, the partition walls defining a plurality of cells each extending from a first end face to a second end face to form a flow path for a first fluid; a thermoelectric conversion element arranged to face the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall; a cylindrical member that circumferentially covers the honeycomb structure in which the thermoelectric conversion element is arranged; a casing arranged at an interval so as to form a flow path for a second fluid, the casing being arrange on a radially outer side of the cylindrical member; and a pressing member being configured to press the cylindrical member against the thermoelectric conversion element. The cylindrical member has one or more slit portions.

Heat recovery device and heat recovery system

A heat exchanger including a honeycomb structure having partition walls defining fluid cells extending between inflow and outflow end faces, and inner and outer peripheral walls. A first outer cylinder contacts the outer peripheral wall. A first inner cylinder having inflow and outflow ports for the fluid has an outer peripheral surface that contacts the inner peripheral wall. A second inner cylinder having inflow and outflow ports for the fluid is spaced on a radially inner side of the inner peripheral wall. The inflow port of the first inner cylinder is closer to the inflow end face than the outflow end face in an axial direction of the honeycomb structure. The outflow port of the second inner cylinder is closer to the outflow end face than the inflow end face in the axial direction of the honeycomb structure.

A heat recovery device, including a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure comprising an outer peripheral side wall having one or more planar outer peripheral side surfaces; one or more thermoelectric conversion modules arranged to face the one or more planar outer peripheral side surfaces; a tubular member that circumferentially covers the outer peripheral side surfaces of the honeycomb structure and the one or more thermoelectric conversion modules; and a casing that circumferentially covers the tubular member; wherein the partition walls are mainly configured of ceramics; and wherein the casing has an inflow port and an outflow port for a second fluid having a temperature lower than that of the first fluid, and a flow path for the second fluid is formed circumferentially around the tubular member between an inner surface of the casing and an outer surface of the tubular member.

Heat recovery device and heat recovery system with a thermoelectric module

A heat exchanger according to the present invention includes: a pillar shaped honeycomb structure having a plurality of cells, the cells providing first flow paths through which a first fluid is passed; an inner cylinder attached to an outer periphery of the honeycomb structure; and an outer cylinder disposed on an outer periphery of the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder providing a second flow path through which a second fluid is passed, the second flow path being arranged between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. The second flow path includes: an intermediate flow path extending in an axial direction of the honeycomb structure so as to include an outer peripheral position of the honeycomb structure; and side flow paths located on both sides of the intermediate flow path in the axial direction. The intermediate flow path has a height lower than that of each of the side flow paths.

A heat exchange component including: a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure; and a casing arranged so as to cover an outer circumferential face of the honeycomb structure. The casing includes an inner cylinder arranged so as to be fitted to the outer circumferential face of the honeycomb structure, a middle cylinder arranged so as to cover the inner cylinder, and an outer cylinder arranged so as to cover the middle cylinder such that a circumferential flow path serving as a flow path of a second fluid is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. The circumferential flow path includes an inner circumferential flow path and an outer circumferential flow path. At least one communication hole that communicates the inner circumferential flow path and the outer circumferential flow path is formed in a portion of the middle cylinder that covers the honeycomb structure.

An exhaust heat recovery device including a heat exchange portion, an exhaust branch portion, and an exhaust distribution portion, wherein the heat exchange portion comprises a pillar-shaped honeycomb body having a first end face and a second end face, and a casing accommodating the honeycomb body, the exhaust branch portion has a branch path that branches a path of exhaust gas flowing into the honeycomb body into a central portion and an outer circumferential portion in a cross-section orthogonal to an axial direction of the honeycomb body, and the exhaust distribution portion has an exhaust distribution mechanism that adjusts a heat recovery amount by changing an airflow resistance of the path of the exhaust gas in the central portion of the honeycomb body and varying the exhaust amount passing through the path of the exhaust gas in the outer circumferential portion of the honeycomb body.
