An engine controller includes a fuel supplier and one or more processors. The one or more processors determine, based on an operation state of an engine, whether an operation point of the engine is in an engine operation range where an amount of surplus fuel to be returned to a jet pump is smaller than a predetermined amount. Upon entry into the engine operation range, the one or more processors obtain an amount of remaining fuel in a sub-tank, based on a travel state of a vehicle, and accumulate an amount of fuel injection after the entry into the engine operation range, to obtain an accumulated amount of fuel injection. When the amount of remaining fuel in the sub-tank is smaller than the accumulated amount of fuel injection, the one or more processors put limitation on maximum torque for each engine speed of the engine.

Engine controller

Provided is a fan filter unit with which the performance of a HEPA filter can be measured at multiple points with ease and in a short time. The fan filter unit has a first HEPA filter, a second HEPA filter, and exhaust means installed between the first HEPA filter and the second HEPA filter. The first HEPA filter, the second HEPA filter, and the exhaust means are integrated by a housing.

Resin pipe joint, piping, and piping production method

A resin pipe joint includes a tubular joint body portion having an internal flow path (P) for allowing a fluid to flow therein; and two or more welding end portions, which are respectively provided at two or more opening portions of the internal flow path (P), and which are configured to be welded while being butted against end portions of other resin tube members or end portions of other resin pipe joints. The flow path cross-sectional area of the internal flow path (P) in the joint body portion is constant, at least in portions that are adjacent to the welding end portions and whose outer diameters are straight.

Provided are a fan filter unit and a sterilization apparatus capable of shortening a sterilization operation time to be performed at a changeover. The sterilization apparatus has: a working space; a fan filter unit for supplying clean air to the working space; and a sterilizing gas charging unit on the air suction side of the fan filter unit. The fan filter unit comprises: a fan unit section constituted by an air blower and a pressurization chamber; a dust removal filter provided on the downstream side of the fan unit section; a passage bypassing the dust removal filter; and an opening and closing mechanism of the passage. By opening the opening and closing mechanism, the air flow not passing through the dust removal filter can be supplied to the secondary side of the fan filter unit.

Fan filter unit, sterilization apparatus and clean room

A heat-weldable weld fitting that has a cylindrical fitting main body portion. The cylindrical fitting main body portion includes an outer periphery including a first end portion, a second end portion, and a middle section between the first end portion and the second end portion, and positioning scales formed at equal intervals in a peripheral direction of the second end portion of the outer periphery of the fitting main body portion. The first end portion being configured to be heated by a heater and is welded to an end portion of another weld fitting. The positioning scales are configured to define an angular portion of the weld fitting relative to the welding apparatus at the time of welding the first end portion to the first end portion of another weld fitting by matching the positioning scale with a reference mark provided on the clamp portion of the welding apparatus.

Information from fan filter units and differential pressure gauges provided in a ceiling of a clean room is used to control directions and volumes of air flows blown from respective fan filter units. In order to improve a wind velocity distribution in the clean room, pressure in a ceiling chamber is made uniform and control of the FFU revolution speeds of fan filter units is made easy. In order to control directions of air flows in the clean room, damper adjusting mechanisms are provided under a grating floor of the clean room. Such arrangement enables optimizing an operating condition of the clean room and achieving energy saving.

Fan filter unit control system and clean room provided with same

An air cleaner includes a centrifugal fan runner equipped with backward blades, a core plate connected to an axis of a motor; and a side plate being opposing the core plate. The backward blades, being inclined in an anti-rotational direction thereof, are provided at a distance in a circumferential direction, and the backward blades are bent in a position at distance of about &frac12;-1/(3.5) of a length of the blade from an outer periphery thereof, so that an outlet portion thereof is inclined into a direction of rotation of the blade. An outlet angle of the outlet portion with respect to a tangential direction on an outer periphery of said side plate lies from about 40 degree to about 60 degree.

Centrifugal fan runner and air cleaner

A centrifugal fan runner, equipped with backward blades, being suitable to be applied to, in particular, an air cleaner, an air conditioner, and a fan for air blow and ventilation, with high fan efficiency, a large air volume, low noises, comprising: a core plate being connected to an axis of a motor; and a side plate being provided opposing to said core plate, wherein backward blades, being inclined in an anti-rotational direction thereof, are provided at a distance in a circumferential direction, and the backward blades are bent in a position at distance of about &frac12;-{fraction (1/(3.5))} of a length of the blade from an outer periphery thereof, so that an outlet portion thereof is inclined into a direction of rotation of the blade, and an outlet angle of the outlet portion with respect to a tangential direction on an outer periphery of said side plate lies from about 40 degree to about 60 degree.

An air cleaner includes a housing having an upper wall and side walls, an air filter mounted with respect to the housing, a fan including a vane-wheel having a plurality of vanes, a supporting plate extending substantially between at least two side walls for supporting the fan. An air flow directional member directs an air flow output from the fan. The vane is formed to have a winglike cross-section, and the vane-wheel includes not more than four vanes. The vane-wheel has a base plate and a shroud. Each of the base plate and the shroud is formed to have a reinforcement portion on its circumference. A U-shaped balance weight is attached to a flattened portion formed on the curled portion. The air cleaner of the present invention can reduce noise and vibration and improve efficiency of the fan.
