The wireless communicator is configured to wirelessly transmit a connection demand signal to establish a wireless connection between the wireless communicator and an additional wireless communicator. The controller is configured to control the wireless communicator to wirelessly transmit the connection demand signal at first frequency for a first period. The controller is configured to control the wireless communicator to wirelessly transmit the connection demand signal at second frequency which is different from the first frequency after a passage of the first period.

A human-powered vehicle control device includes an electronic controller and a first operating portion. The first operating portion operates a human-powered vehicle device. The electronic controller controls a supply of electric power from a battery to the human-powered vehicle device in a first mode. The electronic controller controls the electric power supplied from the battery to the human-powered vehicle device in a second mode to be less than the electric power supplied in the first mode. The electronic controller switches the first mode to the second mode upon determining the first operating portion has been operated by a first action while in the first mode. The electronic controller does not switch from the second mode to the first mode upon determining the first operating portion has been operated by the first action while in the second mode.

The wireless communicator is configured to wirelessly transmit a connection demand signal in the second mode to establish wireless communication between the wireless communicator and an external wireless communicator of an external electric device different from the operating device. The wireless communicator is configured to wirelessly receive a connection signal which is wirelessly transmitted in response to the connection demand signal from the external wireless communicator of the external electric device. The controller is configured to set the wireless communicator with the first mode if the connection signal indicates that the external electric device is the paired device.

After switching to the walk mode in accordance with the operation of the first operation switch, the controller is configured to drive the motor in correspondence with the operation of the first operation switch.

A bicycle transmission control device is basically provided with a transmission controller that is programmed to switch between a first control state and a second control state. The bicycle transmission control device operates in accordance with the first control state for controlling a transmission based on a first signal that is input from a first detector, which detects a rotation of a crank. The bicycle transmission control device operates in accordance with the second control state for controlling the transmission based on a second signal that is input from a second detector, which detects a value reflecting a bicycle speed.
