According to one embodiment, a printed circuit board comprises a printed wiring board, circuit component, reinforcing plate and first and second fixing portion. The printed wiring board includes first and second areas. A reinforcing plate secured to the other of the first and second surfaces in said at least one of the first and second areas. The first fixing portion is provided on a border line that defines the first and second areas. The first fixing portion can fix the reinforcing plate to both the first and second areas. The second fixing portion comprises a plurality of apertures arranged symmetrical with respect to the border line.

Printed circuit board and electronic apparatus

According to one embodiment, a heat sink includes an extended end screwed to a printed circuit board. The extended end includes a screw hole and an engagement projection. A notch is formed by cutting the side of the printed circuit board to a position at which the notch does not interfere with signal lines. The notch is engaged with an engagement projection extending from the extended end, thereby preventing the heat sink from rotating when the heat sink is screwed to the printed circuit board.

According to one embodiment, a printed circuit board comprises a printed wiring board, circuit component, reinforcing plate and first and second fixing portion. According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus comprising: a housing; a circuit board that is housed in the housing; a heat generation portion that is mounted on the circuit board; a heat radiation portion that is housed in the housing; a first conductor layer that is provided on the circuit board; a heat reception portion that is thermally connected to the heat generation portion; a heat pipe that is fixed to the first conductor layer; and a fixing member that mounts the heat reception portion on the circuit board, wherein the heat pipe includes a first end portion fixed to the heat reception portion, and a second end portion thermally connected to the heat radiation portion.

Printed-wiring board, printed-circuit board and electronic apparatus

An electronic apparatus includes a housing, a substrate, a bridge, a radiating plate, and a retaining member. The substrate is built in the housing. The bridge has an element portion and is mounted on the substrate. The radiating plate is thermally connected to the element portion. The retaining member has a pressing portion and three feet. The pressing portion is located on an opposite of the element portion about the radiating plate and abuts on the radiating plate. Three feet extend in three directions from the pressing portion and their respective end portions are fixed on the substrate. The retaining member urges the pressing portion toward the radiating plate.

In a method of manufacturing a rotating anode type X-ray tube, in the step of checking the rotational balance of a rotary structure to which an anode target is fixed and correcting the rotational balance as required, the rotary structure is fitted on a stationary support jig which sprays a high-pressure gas from its interior, in place of a columnar stationary structure, to set the rotary structure upright. The rotary structure is rotated at a high speed while spraying the high-pressure gas, and the rotational balance of the rotary structure is checked. The rotational balance of a rotating unit can be checked in the air easily and at high precision, and can be adjusted directly in the outer air as required.

Method of manufacturing rotating anode type X-ray tube

An X-ray tube of the rotary anode type includes a rotary structure to which an anode target is fixed, a stationary structure fitted into the rotating member, slide bearings arranged between them and provided with spiral grooves, and a lubricant consisting of gallium alloy and supplied to the slide bearings. The rotary structure includes a first rotating member to which the anode target is connected and a second rotating member provided with the bearings. These first and second rotating members are kept coaxial to each other and connected together at their those portions which are remote from the anode target when viewed in the rotating axis direction of the target and along a heat transmitting line extending from the target to the bearings, but heat insulating clearances and are formed between the rotating members at their other portions not connected. The first rotating member is made of one of those materials which have a heat conductivity smaller than 0.1 (cal/cm.sec..degree.C.) at temperature range of 0.degree. to 500.degree. C. The second rotating member is made of alloy whose main components are iron and nickel, alloy whose main components are iron, nickel and cobalt, alloy whose main components are iron and chromium, alloy whose main components are iron, chromium and nickel, or iron alloy including iron, chromium and one of carbon, molybdenum and tungsten.

X-ray tube of the rotary anode type

An X-ray apparatus is provided with an operation process in which an AC voltage is applied from a power source to a magnetic stator coil so that the components of bearings are heated by magnetic induction to melt a metal lubricant in the bearings. Thus, the lubricant can be efficiently melted before starting rotation without additionally using extra components in an X-ray tube, so that the apparatus can enjoy stable operation.
