A printed board placed on a lower case of a portable terminal device comprises a circuit pattern for realizing electric connection based on the key button operation via a key pad, an LED for irradiating characters or numbers on the key buttons with a light, a black printing printed/coated with a low reflector for eliminating the light irregularity, and white printings printed/coated with a high reflector for eliminating the light irregularity.

Portable terminal device

An illumination apparatus wherein in case a liquid-crystal display is lighted with plural colors using a body of luminous elements composed of plural luminous elements, a character, a mark and others can be also securely and plainly displayed so that a user can read the character, the mark, the digit and others and in addition, the system is not large-sized, and mobile information equipment provided with the illumination apparatus. The apparatus includes a printed board, a body of luminous elements in which plural luminous elements mounted on the printed board and different in a wavelength are integrated, a light conductor provided with light conducting means for conducting light to a predetermined surface from the body of luminous elements as a light source and an approximately rectangular liquid-crystal display held by the light conductor for displaying a character, a mark, a digit and others with them irradiated by the light conducting means are provided, light incident on the incident part of the light conductor is conducted, reflecting on a reflecting surface and an incidence plane and the whole liquid-crystal display is lighted.

LCD display with multi-color illumination means

A portable terminal device, capable of improving the releasing property of fitting pieces of an upper case and a lower case at the time of disassembling the appliance, and lowering generation of deformation or crack of the main body by bend or twist while maintaining a sufficient fitting holding force. In the main body of the portable terminal device, a plurality of fitting pieces are provided each in an upper case and a lower case for holding and fixing with each other. The fitting pieces have a fitting horizontal surface to be substantially parallel for holding with each other when the upper case and the lower case are engaged. A part of the fitting horizontal surface of the fitting pieces of at least one of the upper case and the lower case has a fitting twisted surface twisted in the direction away from the fitting horizontal surface of the other fitting piece in the fitting pieces. In releasing the fitting pieces of the upper case and the lower case at the time of disassembling the main body in the portable terminal device having the configuration, the fitting piece without the fitting twisted surface is gradually released along the fitting twisted surface of the fitting piece having the fitting twisted surface.

Fitting piece and portable terminal device using the same

The present invention is for providing portable communication device capable of reducing leakage of a light from the gap between a housing and the lens, improving the assembly property by simplifying the parts size administration and improving the holding strength of the lens in a portable phone comprising a lens for guiding a light from a light emitting member for advising receipt of call to the outside of the housing. The collar portion and the fitting spring portion are interposed between a flat portion formed in a housing and an LCD panel. An engaging projection formed on the rear surface of the LCD panel is inserted through the fitting spring portion.
