A microphone module includes: a microphone element outputting a microphone signal representing collected sound; an amplifier circuit outputting an amplified signal obtained by amplifying a difference between the microphone signal and a reference voltage; a high-pass filter outputting a high-band amplified signal obtained by filtering the amplified signal; a buffer circuit outputting an audio signal obtained by buffering the high-band amplified signal; a first low-pass filter outputting a low-pass bias voltage obtained by filtering the audio signal superimposed on a DC power supply, and a separation circuit outputting an internal bias voltage obtained by removing the influence of an external circuit from the low-pass bias voltage. The second low-pass filter outputs the reference voltage obtained by filtering the internal bias voltage. A circuit from the high-pass filter to the amplifier circuit is set such that an open loop gain is smaller than 0 dB.

An acoustic processing apparatus according to the present disclosure includes one or more microphones, a first voice processing unit, and a second voice processing unit. The second voice processing unit is connectable between the microphones and the first voice processing unit. A receiving apparatus is disclosed which comprises: a receiving circuit for receiving time-division-duplexed first and second radio wave paging signals, having the same carrier frequency, including first and second data having different first and second data rates respectively, a frequency converting circuit for frequency-converting an output of the receiving circuit with a local oscillation signal from a local oscillator; a demodulator for demodulating an output of the frequency converting circuit and outputting a demodulated signal; a detection circuit for detecting the synchronizing word from the demodulated signal, detecting whether a frame synchronizing condition is established, and detecting whether the first radio wave signal is being received; a frequency error detection circuit for detecting a frequency error in the output of the demodulation means; and a frequency control circuit responsive to the detection circuit for controlling a local oscillation frequency of the local oscillator according to the detected frequency error only while the first radio wave signal is being received. Automatic frequency controlling is effected only during the interval of receiving the desired radio wave paging signal.

A frequency conversion circuit for mixing first and second frequency signals to supply an output frequency signal comprises: first and second FETs having first and second gates for receiving the first and second frequency signals respectively; and a third FET having a third gate ac-grounded, the first to third FETs being connected in series such that a current flowing through the current circuit between the source and drain is controlled by the first to third gates, the third FET being provided between the first and second FETs. The third FET may also be provided between connection an end of the series connector and the second FET in accordance with frequency differences between the first and second frequency signals and between the second frequency signal and the output frequency signal. A triple gate FET can be used in place of these three FETs connected in series. A quad gate FET can be used also. A mixing circuit including the frequency conversion circuit mentioned above is also disclosed.
