Tanks of a first heat exchanger have plane sections perpendicular to bottoms having a plurality of tube insertion holes formed therein. Tanks of a second heat exchanger with circular cross sections have bottoms having a plurality of tube insertion holes formed therein. The axes of the tube insertion holes of the first and second heat exchangers are held in parallel with each other. The second heat exchanger is in contact with the plane sections of the first heat exchanger tank.

Integral-type heat exchanger

A header tank for accommodating refrigerant is formed on one side of the cold plate, on the other side of which an electronic component is mounted. A plurality of loop pipes in which the refrigerant is circulated are connected with the header tank. The plurality of loop pipes are arranged substantially parallel with the cold plate. The radiating area of the loop pipes distant from the cold plate is larger than the radiating area of the loop pipes close to the cold plate.

Cooling device for electronic component

In an electronic component cooling unit, parts of the outer surfaces of a plurality of passageways in which refrigerant flows are coupled to one surface of a cold plate on the other surface of which an electronic component is mounted, and a header tank is provided in the plurality of passageways so that a plurality of looped passageways are formed. The plurality of passageways are provided by a multi-flow-path container which is formed by extrusion molding and has a flattened cross section.

Electronic component cooling unit

In an electronic component cooling unit, one surface of a cold plate, on the other surface of which an electronic component is mounted, is covered with a cover member to form a tank section which accommodates refrigerant, and a pipe member is fitted in the cover member in such a manner as the pipe member is communicated with the tank section. Furthermore, the one surface of the cold plate has a recess which forms the tank section together with the cover member. The pipe member is a multi-flow-path container which is formed by extrusion molding.

In an electronic component cooling unit, one surface of a cold plate, on the other surface of which an electronic component is mounted, is covered with a cover to form a tank section in which a refrigerant is stored, a container pipe is extended from the cover in such a manner that the container pipe is communicated with the tank section, a wick pole is fitted in the container pipe so that a plurality of axial passageways are formed in the container pipe, and air is removed from the tank section and the axial passageways.

The present invention relates to a housingless type oil cooler formed by laminating a plurality of plate members and an object thereof is to prevent deformation of an oil filter seal surface caused by excessive tightening at the time or mounting of an oil filter. An upper tank 111 opened in one side and shaped like a donut is mounted on an upper portion of a core portion 1 so as to cover the latter, a partition plate 113 is disposed in the inside of the upper tank 111, an oil-passing projection portion 115 having a second communicating hole 115A formed in its inner wall is formed on the partition plate 113 so that the inside of the oil-passing projection portion is communicated with an outlet 67B of an oil passage 67 and the second communicating hole 115A overlaps a first communicating hole 111A of the upper tank 111, a projection-like partition portion 117 is formed on the partition plate 113 so that the projection-like partition portion 117 is fixedly attached at its surface onto the inner wall surface of a top portion 111C of the upper tank 111 to thereby partition the inside of the upper tank 111 into an inlet tank chamber 125 and an outlet tank chamber 127, and a cooling water inflow pipe 131 and a cooling water outflow pipe 133 are connected to the upper tank 111.

Housingless type oil cooler and method for producing the same

The present invention relates to a housingless type oil cooler formed by laminating a plurality of plate members and an object thereof is to prevent deformation of an oil filter seal surface caused by excessive tightening at the time of mounting of an oil filter. An upper tank 111 opened in one side and shaped like a donut is mounted on an upper portion of a core portion 1 so as to cover the latter, a partition plate 113 is disposed in the inside of the upper tank 111, an oil-passing projection portion 115 having a second communicating hole 115A formed in its inner wall is formed on the partition plate 113 so that the inside of the oil-passing projection portion is communicated with an outlet 67B of an oil passage 67 and the second communicating hole 115A overlaps a first communicating hole 111A of the upper tank 111, a projection-like partition portion 117 is formed on the partition plate 113 so that the projection-like partition portion 117 is fixedly attached at its surface onto the inner wall surface of a top portion 111C of the upper tank 111 to thereby partition the inside of the upper tank 111 into an inlet tank chamber 125 and an outlet tank chamber 127, and a cooling water inflow pipe 131 and a cooling water outflow pipe 133 are connected to the upper tank 111.

The device relates to an oil cooler and the object thereof is to provide an oil cooler with an improved mounting strength of water pipes against external stresses. A core portion 33 is formed by alternately stacking a plurality of plates 35, 37 and arranging cooling water passages 39 and oil passages 41 alternately between these plates 35, 37. On an upper portion of the core portion 33 is an oil tank 57 that is formed of an upper plate 47 and a cover plate 55. The upper plate 47 has a cooling water passage holes 43 communicating with the cooling water passages 39 and the oil passages 41. The cover plate 55 has water pipe insertion holes 51, 53 so as to correspond to the cooling water passage holes 43. The water pies 59, 61 are inserted into the cooling water passage holes 43 of the upper plate 47 by causing the water pipes 59, 61 to pass through the water pipe insertion holes 51, 53.

The gist of the present invention consists in an oil cooler for an automatic transmission, wherein opposite corners in a rectangular core made of a plurality of stacked plates are provided with a plate side oil passages, which are connected via an oil tank formed projectingly to the front side of the core, to oil inflow and outflow stud bolts. In the present invention, the opposite corners in the core are provided with plate side oil passages, which are connected via the oil tank formed projectingly to the front side of the core, to oil inflow and outflow stud bolts, which permits the whole core to be supplied with oil.

Oil cooler for automatic transmission

A core for a housingless oil cooler has alternate cooling water passageways and oil passageways, including two sets of aluminum plates coated on one side with a sacrificial corrosion layer and on the other side with a brazing filler metal layer, each plate having a peripheral rim projecting from the outer periphery. The plates of the first and second sets are assembled alternately and arranged so that the brazing filler metal layer coated on each plate of the first set is adjacent to the sacrificial corrosion layer of the next plate of the first set and the plates of the second set have a sacrificial corrosion layer opposed to the sacrificial corrosion layer of the adjacent plate of the first set to define a cooling water passageway therebetween, and the brazing filler metal layer on the outer surface of the peripheral rim of the plates of the second set is bonded to the inner surface of the peripheral rim of the adjacent plate of the first set.
