The X-ray inspection systemcomprises an X-ray electron conversion facefor converting an entered X-ray image transmitted through the measurement object into an electronic image, an output fluorescent facefor emitting fluorescence when an electronic image is entered, and deflecting meanswhich is installed between the X-ray electron conversion faceand output fluorescent face, wherein the electronic image which was entered and converted at the X-ray electron conversion faceis converged into a predetermined area on the output fluorescent faceby the deflecting meansso as to make the X-ray fluoroscopic image of the moving measurement object stand still on the output fluorescent face. By this, the image of the measurement object can be captured during the time when the X-ray fluorescence image is standing still, so sensitivity can be secured while increasing the resolution.

For example, the pixel data are corrected so their values equal the average values of the pixel data for the adjacent camera images. Therefore, an easily viewed image, produced by synthesizing the images obtained by the multiple vehicle cameras, can be displayed on the monitor device ().

The image processing system includes: an image pickup apparatus () including image pickup elements of a color difference line sequential system that outputs, as video signals, a luminance signal (Y) and a line sequential, color difference signal (U/V); and an image processing apparatus () which includes a signal interpolator () for interpolating the line sequential color difference signal (U/V) to separate the line sequential color difference signal (U/V) into two color difference signals (V) and (U).
