A frame for an aerosol-generating device is provided, the frame including: a base frame formed from an electrically conductive material; an electrical connector having a plurality of electrical contacts arranged on a connector frame formed from an electrically insulating material, the electrical connector being secured to the base frame such that the base frame is electrically connected to at least one of the electrical contacts of the electrical connector; and a support frame formed from an electrically insulating material, in which the base frame and electrical connector are at least partially embedded in the support frame. A method of manufacturing a frame for an aerosol-generating device, and an aerosol-generating device including a frame, are also provided.

Frame for an aerosol-generating device and method of forming a frame

A terminal can be slidably held while liquid-tightness and airtightness are steadily maintained. Included are a base part where a rear through-hole is formed; a terminal storage case which includes a front plate part where a front through-hole is formed, and in which a rear end is connected to the base part; a terminal that includes an axis part, a contact part, and a flange, the rear end proximity part of the axis part being slidably inserted into the rear though-hole, and the contact part being slidably inserted into the front through-hole; an energizing member that is mounted on the circumference of the axis part and energizes the flange to a front; and a cylindrical sealing member that includes a first sealing member interposed between the tip end of the energizing member and the flange, a second sealing member interposed between the rear end of the energizing member and the base part, and a central cylinder for connecting the first sealing member with the second sealing member.

Waterproof and airtight connector

A terminal sealing member is provided which includes a shaft portion and a flange disposed on the shaft portion and attached to a terminal slidable in a front-rear direction, an urging member which is attached around the shaft portion and urges the flange forward, an elastic tubular member which includes a central hole into which the shaft portion is slidably inserted and has the urging member embedded therein, and an elastic adhering member which includes a central hole into which the shaft portion is slidably inserted and is attached to front and back ends of the elastic tubular member.

Terminal sealing member, method of producing the same, and connector including the same

A connector terminal assembly includes a retention part, a movable part, and an impelling part. The retention part includes a pair of side plate portions, a rear plate portion connecting the pair of side plate portions, and a retention and engaging part having an aperture on a bottom end side of the pair of side plate portions. The movable part includes a head portion and a main body unit. The main body unit has an engaging part on a bottom end side that engages with the aperture, the main body unit is electrically connected to the side plate portion, and the head portion is electrically connected to a mating electronic component. The impelling part impels the movable part.

Connector terminal assembly

The earphone of the Present Disclosure includes a driver for converting electric signals into sound waves, a cord connected to the driver, an elastic holder, a housing and an earpiece. The elastic holder integrally possesses a cylindrical driver housing portion for inserting the driver, and a cord housing portion for housing the end portion of the cord. The housing possesses a cylindrical main body for inserting at least the driver housing portion of the elastic holder, and a sound conduit provided in the end portion of the main body. The earpiece is fitted into the ear canal.
