A magnetic permeable member and a current detection device which can detect current in a wide range by a magnetic field detection element at low cost are provided. A magnetic permeable member includes a closed portion and an opened portion. Thus, when the large current flows through a bus bar, the magnetic field is less likely to be strong at the opened portion, thus the large current is easily detectable by a magnetic field detection element arranged at the opened portion. When the small current flows through the bus bar, the magnetic field is more likely to be strong at the closed portion, thus the small current is easily detectable by a magnetic field detection element arranged at the closed portion. Consequently, the magnetic field detection elements can be commonalized to reduce the cost, while allowing the detection of the current in a wide range.

Magnetic permeable member and current detection device

A battery temperature sensor includes a sensor body and an electric wire connecting connector. The sensor body includes a sensor housing configured to be detachably attached to a mating body, a first locking member provided on the sensor housing and configured to be locked to the mating body, and a temperature measuring element integrally formed in the sensor housing. The electric wire connecting connector includes a connector housing configured to be detachably attached to the sensor housing, a second locking member provided on the connector housing and configured to be locked to the sensor housing, and a pair of terminals attached to the connector housing. The terminals are electrically connected to the pair of leads respectively when the connector housing is coupled to the sensor housing.

Battery temperature sensor and attachment structure thereof

Provided is a current detection device capable of reducing manufacturing cost. A current detection deviceincludes a plate-like bus bar, a printed circuit board on which a magnetic field detecting element is mounted, a magnetic member, and a housing holding these components. The bus bar can be assembled into the housing by sliding in its longitudinal direction. The housing includes a first rib pressing the bus bar to restrict a movement in a thickness direction of the bus bar, a second rib pressing the bus bar to restrict a movement in a width direction of the bus bar, and a retaining protrusion fitting into a cutout portion provided at both sides in a width direction of the bus bar so as to retain the bus bar in a longitudinal direction of the bus bar.

Current detection device

A current sensor includes: a magnetic core member including a core main body obtained by forming a slit-shaped gap portion along a tube axis direction in a tube that surrounds a conductive member, which is an object to be energized, on an inner side with a clearance, the magnetic core member being configured to generate a magnetic flux corresponding to a current flowing through the conductive member; a magnetic sensor configured to output a signal corresponding to magnetic flux density in the gap portion; and a magnetic shield member including a shield main body that surrounds the core main body from an outer side of the core main body with a clearance, the magnetic shield member being configured to block magnetism between inside and outside of the shield main body by the shield main body.

Current sensor

Provided is a current detecting device capable of lowering manufacturing cost, including a strip-like bus bar, a magnetic field detection element, a magnetic member, and a housing that holds these components. The magnetic member includes a bottom plate portion, and a pair of standing wall portions erected from both end portions in the width direction of the bottom plate portion. The pair of standing wall portions positions therebetween the bus bar and the magnetic field detecting element. The housing is provided with a locking arm for retaining the magnetic member. The locking arm is provided with an arm portion configured to be located between the standing wall portion and the bus bar and elastically deformable in an opposing direction of the standing wall portions, and a locking portion protruding from a tip of the arm portion and is configured to engage with the standing wall portion.
