A switched capacitor circuit includes: an operational amplifier; a first capacitor; a first switch that charges the first capacitor by connecting the first capacitor between an inverting input terminal and an output terminal of the operational amplifier, and discharges the first capacitor by disconnecting the inverting input terminal and the output terminal of the operational amplifier in a predetermined period; and a first output terminal that outputs an output voltage of the switched capacitor circuit, wherein after a predetermined period from a time when the first switch connects the first capacitor between the inverting input terminal and the output terminal of the operational amplifier, the first output terminal and the output terminal of the operational amplifier are connected to each other.

Switched capacitor circuit

There is provided a current switching circuit that adds additional current in accordance with an intensity of output current to input current of a current mirror at a rising edge of the output current of the current mirror. The current switching circuit includes a MOS transistor outputting the additional current upon receiving ON potential at a gate terminal, and a slope of a leading edge waveform of a pulse signal providing the ON potential is controlled in accordance with the intensity of the output current.

Lubrication device for gas engine

A current drive circuit according to the present invention includes: a first current source and a second current source (I, I); a first current mirror (CM) for generating a first mirror current of a current (I) generated by the second current source (I); a second current mirror (CM) for generating a second mirror current of the current (I) generated by the second current source (I); and a third current mirror (CM) for generating a mirror current (I) of a current which is generated by the first current source (I) and which is corrected according to a difference between the first mirror current and the second mirror current, to supply the current to a load (LD).

Current drive circuit

In an oscillation apparatus formed by a ring oscillator including an odd number of inverters (more than two inverters) connected in a ring, each of the inverters having one drive MOS transistor and one load MOS transistor, a constant voltage generating circuit is adapted to generate a constant voltage corresponding to a threshold voltage of the drive MOS transistor, and a voltage-to-current converting circuit is adapted to convert the constant voltage into load currents. Each of the load currents flows through the load MOS transistor of one of the inverters.

Oscillation apparatus capable of compensating for fluctuation of oscillation frequency

The oscillator circuit comprises an oscillator including an oscillating transistor through which an oscillating current flows; a first mirror transistor where the source/drain of which is grounded and the drain/source of which is connected to the oscillating transistor in series; a first reference transistor where the source/drain of which is grounded and the drain/source and the gate of which are connected in common to the gate of the first mirror transistor; a second mirror transistor where the source of which is connected to a power line and the drain/source of which is connected to the drain/source of the first reference transistor; and a second reference transistor where the source/drain of which is connected to the power line, the drain/source and the gate of which are connected in common to the gate of the second mirror transistor and the drain/source of which is connected to an external terminal to which an external resistor is connected. The oscillating current is adjusted by adjusting a current flow through the external resistor and the second reference transistor.

Oscillator circuit

A photoelectric current and voltage converting circuit converts a photo current Ipd generated by the input to photo diode into a voltage Va by a feedback resistor connected to an inverting input and an output of an amplifier, and compares the output voltage Va with a threshold voltage Vth from a reference voltage circuit to output a binary signal. Divided voltage Vb gained from a connecting node of the feedback resistors is inputted to a non-inverting input of the reference voltage circuit and is offset to a higher voltage by Vos to generate a threshold voltage Vth. As a result, the threshold voltage Vth can be supplied which impedance is low and robust to noise, and errors of the comparator or jitter of the output of the comparator are suppressed.

Photoelectric current and voltage converting circuit

A photoelectric current and voltage converting circuit includes a light receiving element, an amplifier, a feedback resistor, an offset resistor, a constant current source, and a comparator. A feedback resistor is connected between the input and the output of the amplifier and converts photo current into voltage. An terminal of the offset resistor is connected to the output of the amplifier. The constant current source is connected to another terminal of the offset resistor. The comparator compares the connected point of the offset resistor and the constant current source with a reference voltage and outputs a binary signal. The reference voltage is an input voltage of the amplifier or the divided voltage of the intermediate point of the feedback resistor.
