An installation structure includes: an air bag, disposed on an indoor side of a vehicle body; an interior, covering the air bag; and a fastener, connected with the interior and installed to the vehicle body. The fastener includes a vehicle body side component installed to the vehicle body and an interior side component installed to the interior. One of the vehicle body side component and the interior side component includes a male part. The other includes a female part engaged with the male part and including: a first wall, extending in an insertion direction where the fastener is inserted into the vehicle body; a second wall, parallel to the first wall; and an engagement part, provided on the first wall and engaged with the male part. When the male and female parts are engaged, a space is formed adjacent to the male part and between the first and second walls.

The warpage suppressing member is configured to cancel at least a portion of warping stress of the polarizing plate to be applied to the flexible substrate.

A transmission device of one aspect of the present technology generates a preamble including a sequence [d d . . . d &#x2212;d] having iteration of a sequence d that is one of sequences a and b that are Golay complementary sequences, followed by an inverted sequence of the sequence d, and including a signal sequence in which a maximum value of an absolute value of a side lobe level of cross correlation between a sequence [d d &#x2212;d] and a sequence [d &#x2212;d] is 25 or less. The generated preamble is added to data to be transmitted in units of frames. The present technology can be applied to a device that transmits and receives data via a wireless transmission path.

The present technology relates to an encoding device, an encoding method, a decoding device, a decoding method, a program, and a wireless communication system that enable efficient transmission of frames in accordance with the condition of the transmission path. An encoding device of one aspect of the present technology encodes and modulates transmission data stored in a payload, and encodes and modulates modulation/encoding information by predetermined schemes, the modulation/encoding information indicating at least one of the schemes of encoding and modulation for stored information stored in a header, and at least one of the schemes of encoding and modulation for the transmission data. The present technology can be applied to devices that perform wireless communication using a 60 GHz band, for example.

The present technology relates to a receiver, a frame synchronization method, a transmitter, a transmission method, and a program that allows for enhancing frame synchronization performance without reducing throughput. A receiver of an aspect of the present technology receives signals of a frame having a preamble including a frame detection signal sequence formed by a repetition of a known signal sequence, followed by a frame synchronization signal sequence formed by the known signal sequence or an inverse sequence thereof, performs convolution arithmetic operation of a known correlation sequence and cross-correlation between a received signal sequence and the frame synchronization signal sequence, and ensures synchronization of the frame while regarding predetermined time when a value more than or equal to a threshold value or a maximum value is obtained.
