Provided is a Zn&#x2014;A&#x2014;Mg coated steel sheet having a plated layer including from 4 to 22% by mass of Al, from 1.0 to 6.5% by mass of Mg, from 0.001 to 1.000% by mass of Si, as well as Zn and impurities as the balance, wherein the structure of the plated layer contains an Al primary crystal, the Al primary crystal including: a cellular dendrite-shaped first Al primary crystal and a second axis spacing of from 0.5 to 2.0 &#x3bc;m; a minute equi-axed dendrite-shaped second Al primary crystal and a second axis spacing of from 0.5 to 2.0 &#x3bc;m; and a petal-shaped third Al primary crystal with a principal axis length of from 0.5 to 3.0 &#x3bc;m and a ternary eutectic structure of Al, Zn, and MgZnas a structure other than the Al primary crystal.

An on-line coating adhesion determination apparatus of a galvannealed steel sheet, includes: an X-ray tube which irradiates a galvannealed steel sheet that travels on a transportation line, with X-rays; an optical system which allows the X-rays emitted from the X-ray tube to irradiate the galvannealed steel sheet as a parallel beam and be diffracted; and a detector which measures the intensity of the diffracted X-rays and is installed at a position at which the X-ray diffraction peak corresponding to a crystal lattice spacing d of 1.5 &#x212b; or higher is detected, in which an emitted beam luminance of the X-rays is 20 W/mmor higher, and the width-direction gain of the X-rays in the optical system is 0.15 or higher. The crystal lattice spacing d may be 1.914 &#x212b;. In addition, the energy of the incident X-rays from the X-ray tube may be lower than the excitation energy of Fe-K&#x3b1; fluorescence X-ray.

A method of measuring a thickness of a Fe&#x2014;Zn alloy phase included in the Fe&#x2014;Zn alloy coating of the galvannealed steel sheet includes: an X-ray irradiation process of irradiating the galvannealed steel sheet with the incident X-rays; and an X-ray detection process of detecting the diffracted X-rays obtained in the X-ray irradiation process, derived from a &#x393;&#xb7;&#x393;phase, a &#x3b4;phase, and a &#x3b6; phase included in the Fe&#x2014;Zn alloy coating with a crystal lattice spacing d of 1.5 &#x212b; or higher.

The present invention provides a galvanized steel sheet including: a steel sheet; and a galvanizing layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet; wherein the galvanizing layer includes an amorphous coating layer having an inorganic oxoacid salt and metallic oxide on a surface layer of the galvanizing layer; the galvanizing layer includes a &#x3b6; phase and a &#x3b4;phase; the galvanizing layer includes, by mass, 8 to 13% of Fe; Zn in the metallic oxide exists up to an outermost surface layer of the amorphous layer; and an X-ray diffraction intensity ratio I, which is obtained by dividing an X-ray diffraction intensity of the &#x3b6; phase at d=0.126, after removing background intensity, by an X-ray diffraction intensity of the &#x3b4;1 phase at d=0.126, after removing background intensity, is 0.06 to 0.35.

The present invention provides a high corrosion resistance hot dip galvannealed steel material comprised of a Zn-based hot dip plated steel material achieving both a higher corrosion resistance of the plated layer itself by the added elements and sacrificial protection of iron metal by the plated layer or workability free of degradation caused of formation of intermetallic compounds by added elements, that is, a high corrosion resistance hot dip Zn plated steel material characterized in that an alloy plated layer containing Zn: 35 mass % or more, preferably 40 mass % or more, contains a non-equilibrium phase having a heat capacity by differential scanning calorimetry of 1 J/g or more. Furthermore, 5% or more, preferably 50% or more in terms of vol % is an amorphous phase. The alloy layer may contain, by mass %, Mg: 1 to 60% and Al: 0.07 to 59%, may further contain one or more elements selected from Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu in a total of 0.1 to 10%, and may in addition contain one or more elements of 0.1 to 10% of La, 0.1 to 10% of Ce, 0.1 to 10% of Ca, 0.1 to 10% of Sn, 0.005 to 2% of P, and 0.02 to 7% of Si.

An alloy with a high glass forming ability characterized by containing a group of elements A with atomic radii of less than 0.145 nm of a total of 20 to 85 atm %, a group of elements B with atomic radii of 0.145 nm to less than 0.17 nm of a total of 10 to 79.7 atm %, and a group of elements C with atomic radii of 0.17 nm or more of a total of 0.3 to 15 atm %; when the elements with the greatest contents in the group of elements A, group of elements B, and group of elements C are respectively designated as the 'element a', 'element b', and &#x201c;element c&#x201d;, by the ratio of the content of the element a in the group of elements A (for example, Zn and/or Al), the ratio of the content of the element b in the group of elements B (for example, Mg), and the ratio of the content of the element c in the group of elements C (for example, Ca) all being 70 atm % or more; and by the liquid forming enthalpy between any two elements selected from the element a, element b, and element c being negative.

The present invention achieves an exposure control for getting an image with the best SN without a mechanical iris and an image processing which is good at the color-reappearance and the gradation property with a simple digital processing circuit. When the film image is read by the line sensor 14 which has an electric shutter function, the electric shutter, the film feeding speed and the analog amplifier 16 are controlled totally so as to obtain images with the best SN from high to low transmittance negatives. And, when the dot sequential R, G, B digital signals are processed digitally, the offset values and the gain volumes of the respective R, G, B are calculated based on the maximum value and the minimum value which are detected by the respective R, G, B digital signals, the calculated offset values of the respective R, G, B are added to the dot sequential R, G, B digital signals which are obtained during the re-scanning, and the calculated gain volumes of the respective R, G, B are multiplied by the offset dot-sequential R, G, B digital signals so as to adjust the white balance and the black balance.

At first, the film in a film cartridge is wound up. Next, the film is rewound into the film cartridge, and a perforation indicating a reference position of each frame is detected. Then, predetermined information corresponding to the detected perforation is recorded in the magnetic layer. In another embodiment, when the perforation provided closest to the forward end of the film is detected, the film is rewound a required length. Then the magnetic recording is performed after the rewinding is completed. In another embodiment, two detectors for detecting a perforation is provided. One detector is apart from the other by a multiple of a distance between frames. Every time one detector detects a perforation, magnetic recording/regenerating is carried out.
